Visit this hotel for a Day Pass with my wife and daughter that turn out spectacular. The food was great and the service was even better. My daughter 2 y.o are so happy playing in the kidsclub. They have kids pool and jacuzzi area too. We will surely comeback here, so recommended! Also, shout out to Asri from kids club who accomodate us nicely.

We stayed for 6 nights and the three of us had a fantastic time. The staff were impeccable and definitely the highlight. They made us feel so welcome from arrival to departure. Arianta was exceptional and always greeted us daily with a smile. Food and drinks also lovely including the wood fired pizzas and cocktails. Room was lovely and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The swimming pool and spa were great and the live music in the evenings was a lovely touch. We wouldnt hesitate to return. Thank you to all the beautiful staff!

One of the best hotel I’ve ever been privileged to stay at. We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. Our Lagoon Access room was great and every staff member was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Ari and Chandra were great at the bar and we found ourselves spending the majority of our holiday at the hotel. Would highly recommend to any couple looking for a holiday!

We had the best time in Bali, especially our stay in Kuta with Four Points by Sheraton! Breakfast was amazing, they got whatever you like. And the nice people working there like Arianta and the rest of the crew👏🏼 Thanks you so much guys for all your kindness and nice chats at the bar! Also everything was clean and comfortable. After booking for 15 nights we left after 4 and was refunded the days not stayed. The hotel is run down, but I noticed as we were leaving they started with maintenance around the pool, the decking was actually dangerous. We had a pool access room and every single ladder into the pool was extremely loose. Our decking was falling apart, we put it back together. The dinner and lunch menu was dismal and the last night we waited over an hour only to be told they didn’t have what we ordered. The language barrier with the staff was not great. If you like a freezing pool then this place is for you. I struggled to even get in it was so cold it almost hurt, we like to be in the pool all day but was not able to, the start of our holiday was ruined, the hotel should not have the Sheraton name attached to it. The only good thing was some of the staff were accomodating. Management not so much.…

While it's clear that the hotel (and the area) is still recovering from the pandemic, the staff are doing everything they possibly can to make the guests' experiences amazing. From the moment we checked in, we felt like the staff actually cared about us which was a really nice feeling. To be honest, in some senses, I felt like the room was a bit on the dated side when some strange set up features like a stall shower across the hall from the rest of the bathroom - but the bathroom also had a tub/shower so don't think for a moment that we suffered!! Also, since all of the rooms face into the central courtyard area, you do have to keep track of the curtains as every room can see into others which is odd. Otherwise, the bed was SUPER comfortable. The air conditioning kept the room absolutely wonderful. I slept far better at the hotel than I normally do at home! The staff also keep the hotel extremely clean. We got a ton of use out of the pool and gym as well. The pool is really wonderful! We didn't use the top level pool with bar but rather used the heck out of the giant courtyard pool and the hot tub - though there were never any towels at the pool when we went. And the BREAKFAST!! Wow! it was incredible. There was such a wonderful mix of western and local foods. I think I gained weight every morning! The location - I won't slam the location because we knew what we were picking. We wanted this location not because we are into the nightlife scene but rather because it offered far more access to local food options than the super-fancy resorts in areas further south.
