I've have been a guest at Vinhill 6 times and last week was my very last time ever. Almost two years back the niece of the indo-chinese management took over the daily business. Since then all things turned into a negative way. When I entered my room I realised how dirty and used the bathroom was, especially the sink and toilet also after the „cleaning". Because of rain I was forced to change the room because the ceiling was leaking! The fact that the cleaning is every 2 days was new for me too. When I asked for a second towel - as I always got before - I was told that as a long term guest (2 weeks) I have no claim to get another towel. The one which I’ve got has never been changed within the 2-week-period. The Vinhill is not anymore the same as it was few years back and that's a shame. I never felt welcome. The management does not know how to treat regular guests. Overall, I definitely cannot recommend this accommodation anymore, because the management is increasing the prices but constantly dramatically decreasing the service. PS: Vinhill is not located in Kuta, it's in Denpasar/Renon.

Dear guest, Thank you for your review. First of all we would like to remind you that we have different price and service on daily and long term customer as stated on our website. We operate as hotel for daily price and as serviced apartment for long term price. You choose the long term price which is more economy that did not include electricity, cleaning service 3 times per week instead of daily and sheets changing every week. The price is also for room only so without towel and amenities. As a regular customer that has stayed 3 times with us during 5 years, the owner has give you compliment of welcome breakfast and a gallon mineral water in your room. And yet you complain because we only lend you 1 towel instead of 2 as you requested. That is not the facility in your price package, so we have already give you exception. Other long stay guests who lend would laundry themselves as often as they like and return it to us without complain. For daily customer we would do the laundry. For room cleanliness you have never complain before until the towel incident, in fact when I have to move you to other room after stayed for couple of days, you ask me if you could move to the same room when it is fixed said you like your room. If cleanliness is the problem you can always told me and I would move you even before we find out there is small leakage when heavy raining. This is never happen before, and we fixed it when we can. Not to mention I have to pay third party to unclog the toilet because you throw tissue in it. Our price adjustment for monthly customer just happen after 5 years stay in the same price. And the adjustment only around 4%/month. I can only suggest you to choose your price package carefully according to the service you wish to achieve next time. Thank you. Best Regards, Ratna

We stayed 3 nights at The Vinhill Bali Studio Apartment and had a great stay. The hotel is well managed and the staff is very sweet and service minded. And also fully equipped with such amenities as free WiFi broadband internet, kitchen, air conditioning and lots more. Can really recommend.

Great place- staff always friendly and room cleaned daily. Situated quite central to everything and quiet at night. Nick is always making you smile and laugh so that brings a nice feel to the place. Little local cafe called obin just down the road and laundry isn't too far either along with amazing street food! Will be back so see you next year!

I have stayed here many times, It's so quiet with spacious rooms, one or two floors and very clean and well equip, the owners and staff make you feel like family and go out of their way to help you, just let them know if you want a hire car or a coffee or your laundry done and consider it done, There are local coffee shops, eating places and shops, less than ten minutes to the beach and soooo affordable. Do yourself a favour and stay here.

i think this hotel is not a hotel but mini appartment, breakfast is so so only one menu which the officeboy directly deliver to our room. They not only rent the room as a hotel but also as a monthly rent or a year. But at night maybe because they turned off the lights for the pool and the parking lot was no lamp.
