Great hotel with friendly staff. My partner and I enjoyed staying here as the hotel and room were quite nice and all of the staff were very friendly and welcoming (the buffet breakfast was not too bad either). The location however, is not somewhere we would go back to in a hurry.
Worst hotel ever!!!! We were at the hotel for a transit flight as it’s close to the airport and I just needed to take a shower and change. Unfortunately my flight got cancel and was a night flight so I booked a room to the hotel through the website and went back to spend the night... when I arrived at the reception they told me I can’t check in the room because the earliest check in is at 12 in the afternoon and I booked the room 1 at night... so I had to wait 11 hours until I can get the room!!! The hotel at that time was 90% empty!!!!! Because of the corona virus!!! I asked the reception if they can check us in because the hotel is empty and we would go anyway in the morning... they refused to check us in as they say the have to follow the regulations of the hotel but they offered a transit room instead that we had of course to pay for 7 hours and that was the only thing they could do... I again ask them if they can check us in because the hotel was empty!!!!! And they refuse again... we paid for a transit room just to spend the night... we get to the room and was a so baaaad... the room was so dirty bed sheets dirty pillows yellow bathroom was smelling!!! I called the reception if they can change the bed sheets and they send a guy to change them... the guy comes and he brings new bed sheets that they were dirty as well.. when he was changing them I ask him don’t you see that they are dirty??? And he replied yes our laundry team is not good!!! And he wanted to put the new sheets that they were dirty!!!! I asked if we can change a room and took to reception 40 minutes to find a (clean) room that was less dirty and they didn’t even apologize for they room they gave us in advance!!! We left early in the morning paid 2 times for one room and nobody of the staff didn’t say a sorry for the dirty room they just care taking you the money nothing else!!! Stay away from this hotel!!!!!!!!! A message to the manager of the hotel!!! Your staff told they follow the regulations of the hotel for booking!!! You must follow the regulations of hygiene as well because as I see you don’t know what hygiene is!!!…
We sat on the terrace of the restaurant where we could watch the world go by on the street below, our waiter, Adi was brilliant, full of local knowledge and happy to chat as it was fairly quiet. The food was lovely, and there was a good selection of Balinese and western food. Overall, no complaints and we would be happy to recommend 😊
The worst hotel I have ever visits, it’s very wrong choice!!! EDEN is look nice outside and not nice inside, I was so exited to stay in this hotels but when I check the cleanliness of the bed, it was disaster, super disappointing the bedsheet was not change from previous staying guest,is not good impression!!! Not recommended at all Those who are choosing this property please double check your bed cleanliness as this are important part when we stay in the hotel the place must be clean. I believe that cleanliness must be always number ONE out of other things!!!! Thank you for upgrade our room even though with extra cost, but still the feeling is not good!!!!
We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were exactly as pictured and we got to spend some time swimming in the pool and enjoying the swim up bar. On arrival we even were able to get a free welcome drink. Hotel also offers 7 hour stays for layovers as it is very close to the airport. We would definitely stay and come again!
