Beach is across the road, staff stop the traffic to enable guests to safely cross the road. Some amazing restaurants, including local ones, within walking distance. In the evenings there was loud music from another venue, which was no bother to us. Stayed for 20 nights had brilliant holiday.
It is located literally in front of kuta beach. The staffs are very friendly. The room is very clean. The amenities are complete enough, and i got an upgrade from standard room to junior suite. Will definitely come back.
I stayed in the executive suite for 1 night. They stay was actually quite good since the hotel was located strategically just next to the beach and a short walk to Pasar Seni and Kuta Beach Walk. But actually there's some things to be improved : 1. Parking space is quite limited 2. The hotel is surely need to have some maintenance works, but it is understandable since it has been impacted badly by the pandemic situation. 3. The cleanliness in the room should be improved, since i found some places with spider webs and there's some ants crawling around in our room. 4. The bathtub was clean but the water coming out from the faucet was very little, i think it would need half day just to make it half full (i didn't report this since i wasn't going to use it) Overall the room was clean and very spacious, but i will recommend you to get the higher floor since you can see the scenery better (my room was in lvl2 and i can only see part of the beach since it was hidden by the coconut trees and cables) Thank you for the reception mbak Dayu for the good service…
We can not recommend Heritage enough. As Accor members we have stayed at a number of Accor hotels and Heritage was just amazing. The front of house staff made us feel so welcome upon arrival, the pool area with sea view is just beautiful. Special thank you also to all the breakfast staff, we loved chatting to the staff every morning, they couldn’t have been any more friendly and helpful. Not to mention the breakfast selection was great! The room was very spacious and modern. We couldn’t have asked for more from our stay and would most definitely recommend!

stay for a night here after bad service i move to other accor hotel. i know its been hard time for hotel business but the service is so bad in here from beginning. 1st i was plan to take meeting package here but since no respond till the day i come so i cancelled 2nd they dont gift me welcome drink hmmm its so bad... even this hotel has great location and the room is really good and clean
I am so impressed with the service from Heritage Kuta Bali. I stayed for 1 (one) night when I arrived in Bali, and I found that the hotel is so comfortable, clean, and close to everywhere, and I decided to return and spend my whole Nyepi in this hotel. Thanks to the receptionist staff (Mr. Dika & Ms. Ratna) for the hospitality and services during my stay in Kuta. However, the hotel should improve the variety of food for breakfast and room services. Overall, I love staying in Heritage Kuta Bali and definitely will come back again in the future.
Stayed here for 2 nights. My room window is not facing outside, but inside off the building. There is a big traditional ship in the middle of the building. The room itself was big, no issues with the AC, amenities and so on, but the soundproof can be improved. I still can hear people’s voice from besides. The breakfast taste is good although the restaurant didn’t provide too many options for breakfast, typical Bali’s hotel. In conclusion, the hotel is relatively old but quite maintained, I think it is ok to just stay 1-2 nights here, without so much activities, just sleep and having breakfast.
1st 5 * ever not providing room service, but provides concierge to your room. Stop hiding behind covid. Also no services whatsoever to cater for Platinum privileges other than the room upgrade. The room itself was spacious but had several maintenance issues that had to be reported and then dealt with...but why did i have to report it.... the room itself was not as clean as many other 5* hotels in comparison and reception temporary is like a 2* concept even though they have a great closed reception on 1st floor. Overall if it was not for its location i would have been severely dissapointed My view safe the cash and stay at the Mercure next door or further down at the Pullman
The hotel is bit old, but the location is strategic near Kuta Beach and Beachwalk Mall. I was staying 7 days 6 nights in this hotel and the service was very good. The staffs were kind, friendly and helpful especially to Ms. Putu who already gave the best service to us. Many big thanks to Ms Putu and hope i can stay in this hotel again in the future.
