I stayed there for 2 days for my nyepi.Hoped that i could calm my mind. But all went wrong. Services was terrible.since my first arrival until my departure.No one came to make up my room.room service took so long everytime.food was awful.watermelon was not fresh for breakfast.receptionist was laying on the couch when i went to reception.spider web on ceiling.No efforts to provide a good service. No apology.Nothing special. The worst stay ever.wont come back for sure. So sad. No proffesionalism.
The best points about the hotel are its location whoch is within shopping distance towards art market, convenience stores, and mall. Also the rooms have a nice and spacious design. However, wifi doesnt reach thr rooms so i have to stay by thr hallway or at the lounge downstaors to use it
The only thing going for this hotel is the location, the friendly staff and the gym. Firstly there was no fridge or coffee,making facilities in the room but it clearly stated on booking .com that the room should have had them. That’s false representation. After attempting to talk with the manager over this I was informed that I had allegedly booked through Expedia which was untrue as I booked through Flight Centre. Myself and my partner just decided to accept it. The breakfast wasn’t too good either even for my Indonesian partner. Then on a number of occasions we didn’t receive shampoo and shower gel plus on one occasion we didn’t get clean towels and sometimes no hand towel at all. I had to asked for these regular facilities. I also asked about a shuttle to the airport and was informed that they don’t do that Sorry but this hotel needs a serious upgrade…

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights (starts from 08-11 Aug 2019) with 2 rooms (Smart Room #309 & Superior Triple #316). We checked in at 2.30 pm and the Superior Triple is ready, but the Smart room still not ready until 3.30 pm after we push them to make it faster. The room itself was not in a good conditions since the floor is still dirty and dust, the coating of the furniture was flapped, we need to wait for the extra bed for around 20 mins after we call (they already know that we book Superior TRIPLE), the bathroom is not smells so good, the wall is dirty, and the most important is the room is equipped with so many small cockroaches. We also can not ask for an additional key due to limited stock that they have (actually the should provide more). The water heater is not completely good, we have to wait for around 10 mins to reach the Hot water that will coming out. The security was not so active to gelp us in finding the parking spot and even help us to got out. The room is not make up (even we already told that please make up at 11.00 am after we go out from hotel. But, in fact, after we going back at night, the room still so messy. As a 4 star hotel as they mentioned, this is more likely a 2 star hotel. I think the managemeny should fix this problem very soon, so the guest will still be able to enjoy their services.
