We eat in the restaurant , we do not stay at the hotel. The restaurant is really beatifull, the service as allways perfect, the food outstanding. Our waiter was Sudarman wich we remembered from 2019 when we were in te restaurant almost every evening. He is very helpfull, takes his time to explain things. Alkways looking foreward to being served bij "our" Sudarman. We love coming back here.

We stayed in the two bedroom suites. The rooms were very clean and practical- great for a family. Also felt very luxurious. The staff we very friendly and helpful. Loved the pool. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The hotel is in a central location with an east walk to shopping and dining options. We would love to return. The only thing that did not exceed expectations was the spa- this was overpriced with average treatments

Very happy with all elements of this hotel. Location, price and amenities all exceed our expectations in this price range. We took the 2 bedroom family suite and it didn't disappoint. The room(s) were very large, clean and well appointed. Highly recommended for Kuta area.

Great service with full filling facilities. A must stay Hotel in Kuta. Rooms are well equipped with all the needs you are looking for. Overall ambience of the hotel is very pleasing with traditional balinese architecture essence settles everything just right in place.

Got to say this hotel was one of the oldest I have stayed at. Rooms are very old and tired. Pool area is nice and clean. Reception welcome was the worst I have ever experienced in my 15 plus trips to Bali over the last 10years, not friendly at all and almost every time you asked something it was a chore and you had to chase them up for an answer. I will never stay here again, which is a shame as it it in a handy location.

This is my first stay in Ramayana Suites and Resort. Although it is only for 2 nights, but the hotel is amazing. Smooth check in and welcome drink. The staff is informative, we even get a bit of tour of the hotel and room. The breakfast selection is amazing. I choose the Premier room, the room is beautiful, lots of amenities, exactly like in the photo. You can access this hotel from the front lobby (Bakung Sari st) or from Gabah Resto which part of the hotel (Kartika St) Close to airport (15min with traffic and 7min with less traffic) and less than 5min walking distance to the beach.

Cannot say how happy we were to return to Bali after almost three years. Yes, still work to be done to restore to pre covid days but normality returns. The Ramayana, however seems it hasn't missed a beat. Room and facilities are just a beautiful as before. Love this hotel for it green, leafy foliage and tropical gardens. Divine pool (although a touch cold) and excellent poolside amenities. I really ike the fact the pool attendant was onto to sunbeams left unattended for long periods and was quick to whip the towels off to let other have one! Rooms in the suite section ( 1 bedroom and Lumbung) were excellent. Great air conditioning, loved the huge shower and bathroom. Lastly, the staff were so genuinely friendly and helpful. Always one of my favourite hotels in Bali.

Another lovely stay at Ramayana over the Christmas period. Ramayana has a lovely authentic Balinese feel and is centrally located in Kuta. The staff have once again looked after me exceedingly well, led by Widi, and my room was ideal for my needs. I have no hesitation in recommending Ramayana for your next stay in Bali. The included buffet breakfast had a great choice and certainly sets you up for the days activities.
