The hotel have been using the card as the key. Clean the place, lounge, and comfort. The service is a good. When a time to breakfast, many menu all you can eat. I like the door, coz be able to connect with other room.
Spacious standard room and toilet. Clean room, but do remember to ask for housekeeping to cleanup your room everyday, especially when you put food garbage in your trash bin, or else, there might be group of ants in your room (room 418). The Hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly. Once, I asked the housekeeping to make up my room, and they did it right away. The location is next to grand lucky supermarket that sells imported goods, walking distance from Krisna souvenirs shop. You can take a taxi or Grap car in just 10 minutes to the biggest Starbucks Reserve in Southeast Asia.
The staff were friendly. They show the really warm hospitality. The food at the restaurant in the lobby was good. Asian dishes and we really love it. Located in the subway near the city centre. Didn't experience the pool but overall was a good place
Spacious standard room, and also its toilet. Great location, beside the famous supermarket with its imported goods. You can buy anything you need just walk through the neighbour's store. Not bad breakfast. ThinkAsia restaurant is good enough to entertain your guests, in the front of the hotel.
It's easy to compare hotels to hotels and find fault with them. But it's unfair when you compare a budget hotel to an expensive one. So the Adhu Jaya is a budget hotel and in that field its excellent the rooms are spacious a little tired but clean. The pool area is small but excellent. Breakfast is reasonable once you work out you need to ask for bacon at the age station. Location is right across the discovery center in the heart of kuta. The beach can be accessed by the ball gardens across the road. I'm now doing this review in a hotel that is 5 times the price and you know what the Adhi Jaya was not bad at all.
It was a late night that I needed to find a place to stay 1 night before my departure backt to Jakarta. Found out Adhi Jaya Sunset Hotel still had a deluxe room available. This 3 stars hotel is amazed me. It has a clean room, clean bathroom, spacious deluxe room with a pool view, and good value for money. The breakfast food is ok, for a quick breakfast before you head to airport and the value of the room is quite cheap, the food is a good deal quality. The staff is ok since they don't have too many staffs, but I consider it ok. It's a good place to stay for the night. Good value!
The new management team has indeed improved the hotel quality, especially the F&B Dept. When I long stayed there a couple of years ago, I sometimes felt like a trespasser when I walked into their restaurant. As though the staffs felt like they got their money from the owner so why would they need a customer? :) But now, when we stayed there for the last weekend, not just the F&B Dept but everybody was very hospitable. The hotel manager even came down to chat with us a couple of times whereas I never even once saw the previous GM's face (maybe we crossed path but at least he/she never introduced his/herself to me) during my previous 3 months stay. Some staffs said it was because he/she was also a co-owner of the hotel but I didn't believe that, because what kind of stupid owner didn't want to say hi to his/her loyal guest? :) Anyways, I came back because the hotel's location was the best for typical domestic travellers who barely stayed in the room. It is indescribably convenient. On the main road which make it easy to travel around Bali and right beside & across big supermarket, gift dept. store and even spa. And the other reason I came back was because the rooms had been always clean. But I guess the difference now was I didn't have to complain first. :) So, with those being said, the only thing I'd suggest to the new management is for the sales team to highlight all those improvements when a guest wondered about their price increase instead of just saying they got the new management now. Because, in all honesty, why would any guest care whether a hotel got a new management or not as long as they got very good value for their money? :)…
Staff and service: thumbs up!! They always smile n polite :) Room service food: 😢😞 I stayed in a direct pool access room, the only advice is, do not leave your door open, otherwise you’ll get mosquitoes attack!
We have visited Adhi Jaya through a friend's recommendation and the hotel located in a busy town area. But the place was quite and the rooms were clean and tidy. The service and housekeeping were great. The food was delicious and they made some food as per our request as well. Main plus point at Adhi Jaya was their staff and hospitality. The staff members were so good and treat us well. They give enough information and very friendly towards us. Absolutely a great place to stay !!!
The room was clean and presentable, always cleaned by the cleaners during the day. The cleaners also put a cardboard square into the device on the wall so that even when we were out with the card, our air conditioning would be on for when we arrived back. We had an incident in Bali and the man at the front desk drove us to the police station and translated our English to Balinese. He did this all for free. Was an awesome place.
