Staying here makes you feel like a criminal. There is particularly one lady who snaps at you for no reason for whatever you want or ask for. When I got there she snapped at a lady who asked for lemonade and told her that there is non, but it was clearly on the fridge. The lady then explained that the other lady who asked for lemonade was rude to her yesterday and I just took it like that. Next day I tried to order food, she wrote it down in her book to charge me, but her answer was “I don’t know”. So I asked her again, if I could order the food or if I should go somewhere else. I didn’t understand her response due to she just walked away and did other stuff and asked me then if I have left whatever on the table. I asked again due to I didn’t understand, and she yelled at me that there is no rice but she will cook it. So I asked her to please cancel the order and that I would rather spend my money somewhere else. I also asked her to cross the order out of the book so that I won’t get charged for it and she yelled at me again. Wouldn’t recommend staying here also it is an actual cute place.

We booked this place in July 2019 for 2020. We did not go to this place based on TripAdvisor reviews. The reviews on the booking site were all amazing, however, TripAdvisor was a very different story. We took the booking website at face value, but will never do that again. Hopefully the place improves and TripAdvisor has positive reviews and the world renown place we booked through have a rethink of this place!

I wish I'd read these reviews before booking. I checked in with the most unfriendly lady who looked annoyed that I had interrupted her. When I got to my room, the wifi options wouldn't appear. I went down to tell her and see if she could help me. She snapped back "the Wifi is fine, no other guests have problem!!". No offer to come up & help me or check the problem out. I went down a second time to tell her and she rolled her eyes and snapped back again that there is no problem with the wifi. She walked away & then came back & said I could move to another room. The room stank of urine and was unbearable so I checked out of my 5 night stay after 1 night (although she tried to charge me for 2 nights!) It was another lady checking me out who was equally rude & unhelpful. This place needs to be shut down.

Good location and courtyard garden, but they are about the only redeeming qualities. The staff were the most unfriendliest Balinese I have experienced in over 16 years. They could barely raise their eyes to acknowledge us and gave mumbled, one word answers. I witnessed other guests getting very terse answers to simple requests, or worse still, no answer at all. I got a reasonably better response as I speak Bahasa Indonesia, but the staff always seemed like they would rather be somewhere else (which perhaps they do). Our room was clean enough but the bathroom absolutely stank, I could hardly stand being in there. No sheet on the bed (which is standard for cheap hotels in Indonesia), however they gave me one when I asked. There are plenty of options to stay around the area so I suggest looking elsewhere. The only reason we were there is because we had a family wedding next door at Mick's, and we simply wanted a cheap bed for a couple of nights.

As i checked in no one helped me with my bags instead they all sat there looking at me which yes i found annoying but it didnt bother me. When i got to reception the lady looked at me a few times and keeped cleaning the dishes (Yes reception is in the kitchen) and then after 10 minutes of standing there she comes over to check me in. First impression of the room was good. It looked nice, massive bed and nice bathroom. After being there for 1 night of my 7 i knew i had to get out. My Toilet would block everytime you flush the chain, Even if it is just a tissue going down! My shower hardly ever had water. No top sheet on the bed so i had to use my towel as a blanket and the staff are the most horrible people ever. I went to them with these issues and asked for a different room or a refund on the nights that i have left and she just argued with me and then would ignore me and text her friends on her phone while im trying to speak to her. I rang booking.com and told them about the problems and they where great. Booking.com called the property and no one answered twice finally a thrid time someone answer and booking.com spoke to them and got my money back for me. When i checked out the boss started yelling at me about why im checking out and then half of my refund in my face while i had to barter for the other. NEVER EVER STAY IN THIS HELL HOLE. Id highly recommend Nyoman & Nyoman if you want a nice place to stay on Bingin Beach.
