Every member of staff was friendly and wanted to help.
We ate here a few times, the food was good and reasonably priced.
The bar men are lovely and have a laugh with you.
The hotel is about a 25 min walk from the beach area but there is a shuttle or a taxi was 30k each way.
We upgraded our room on arrival as I wasn't aware that our original room didn't have a balcony or window!
The shower was powerful and we never had a problem with water pressure.
The rooms and surroundings were clean but do need an upgrade.
Would I stay here again......yes, it was quiet, comfortable and clean.
The staff were lovely.

Good hotel, clean and comfortable. Good price in Kuta area and near lots of restaurants. However, I think that they need to put some bellboy/porter service to escort every guest to the room. I was have no idea where my room is and just following the sign and it was bit difficult. Also, they charge for the motorbike park as their location is in Kuta central area, it's weird but oke.

Dear Yuki_onna, Warmest greeting from Kuta Central Park Hotel First of all, thank you for your valuable feedback and for taking the time to share your experience with us. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconveniences you faced during your stay with us. We were surprised to read your notes as it definitely does not reflect the usual standards of services we offer. While there is no excuse for our shortcomings, please be ensured that your comments have been strongly highlighted to all the teams and heads of the department concerned for their immediate actions and follow up. And regarding the parking, it was not under the hotel’s management but there is a free parking facility for Hotel guest, we always informed our guest to give their parking ticket to be stamped by us, so our guest could get the Free Parking. However, We thank you for conveying such good feedback and it can be one of our points of improvement in the future. Warm Regards, Krisna Dewi Front Office Manager

By far the worst hotel i have ever stayed in my entire life.
We were booked by our travel agent to stay here for 4 days, but we are leaving after 2 days, and if it was feasible we would have left immediately. This place is not a hotel anymore, it's just a cheap run down hostel. The entire facade has a seedy run down look. The hotel is located in a block which is closed down and dark. There are no street lights.
We had booked a room with a balcony but the reception fellow gave us the worst room possible. This is inspite of us paying much more than the rack rates. We were shocked on seeing the room with Dirty white walls and a dark and dingy feel. They had dirty balcony with the balcony looking into the backside of the next building (with pipes). The electric plugs don't work. Lamp sheds were cracked. There was just one chair in the room. The
The corridors are white tiled like that in a hospital. We immediately complained but the reception person didn't respond. We then told our travel agent who spoke to someone and the manager Ms Lita came to resolve our issues. She was very positive and then got us shifted to a better Studio room. It was bigger and better lit. Howeve, by the time all this was done, our half a day was spoilt. This new room had no balcony but a common verandah running near the poolside. However, next day morning we found two bare-bodied men sleeping in the verandah corridor next to our room. That was it, and we decided to move out.

A word about their amenities. They have a pool but it's narrow and the entire area is humid stuffy hot because it's in the short area between two buildings. That can't be used. They serve buffet breakfast but the fans are either dirty or they don't work. The food is tasteless and insipid.

All in all, this hotel spoiled the first day of our stay at Bali completely. The reception people were negative in their approach and provided no help at all. This place must be avoided.

If I could give zero stars for this place I would! Room had the worst stench of mold, so bad I was coughing through the night. All the wallpaper was peeling off the wall and I’m not even sure when it last had a full clean as there was dirt in every corner of the room, there was also multiple stains on the bed sheets. Mold on shower curtains and found cockroach on the bedside table when I turned the lamp on in the morning so who knows where else it was on during the night (probably me). When we turned the lights off they were flickering so we had to get the on-site maintenance man at 3:30am to change electrics with no apologies. We were meant to stay 2 nights but checked out early and only stayed 1, when we informed the staff why the customer service was non existent and told us we were checked out, no offer of refund. The whole place is dirty and hands down worst coffee I’ve ever had.

My original bookings at Superior Rooms. But Dede FO didn't inform me upon process check -in time if my rooms has upgraded to Studio due to overbooking in inventory system hotels. Once I arrived at Studio room it's look spooky, and i am make sure and told him if i wanna stay based on my original bookings in Superior and actually isn't available. And he prefer to provide me triple bed in lower stair and the rooms is very smelly, sink stuck, dirty floor.

We first stayed here in 2014 and it was great. Nothing to fault and value for money. Unfortunately over the years it has deteriorated so much that I believe the place needs to be completely renovated. Rooms are average, interior filthy - walls and curtains stained, mold in bathroom. Noisy aircons. This last stay we asked to not be by the pool as we have stayed there previously and it was quite noisy as to be expected. So they put us right beside the stair case and elevator - the second most noisiest place! We also didn’t know but there were many students staying at the hotel who acted like they were the only ones there - running up and down the halls and yelling at each other. We lasted 2 nights before we asked to be moved to a quieter area, which they did. We were told the students were leaving the next day and that night was the only night out of 6 nights that we were able to sleep as the next day, a new lot of students arrived!! We were fairly annoyed at this point and complained multiple times. I then looked up recent reviews to find that someone had recently also had a similar experience with the students. The last few times we have stayed here, we opted to eat breakfast elsewhere as the quality like everything else has been going downhill. Unfortunately we will not be back again. The location is the only thing going for it at the moment. Staff cannot be blamed for this as this is a management issue that needs to be addressed.

The building and services of this hotel is most similar to a 2 star motel not as a 4 star hotel.
Photos has been edited and the condition of hotel is totally different!!!
Breakfast quality and quantity was the worst.
It doesn't look like a 4 stars hotel for it's breakfast as they serve minimum variety of foods and most of the time the supplied dishes were empty
Stained sheets and pillows, even though we asked them to change them, they still weren't as clean as they should be..
During our one week stay, two groups of about 300 high school students stayed in the hotel, causing noise early in the morning and until midnight, they would disturb other guests and there were about 6 to 8 students staying in each two or four-bedrooms, and during breakfast, we had to wait until 8:30 for the students to leave the breakfast area, so that the table would be available for other guests, and after that, usually the food containers were empty or half.
I give them one star just because of their staff as they tried their best efforts to service the guest.

Positive:
1. Affordable rates. I booked for a one bedroom suite.
2. Good facilities and inclusions for the price paid. My hotel package includes pick-up and drop-off to and from the airport.
3. Daily breakfast is good.
4. Location is near many good restaurants (i.e. Bali Bakery and Gourmet Sate House among a few)
5. Free shuttle to Discovery Mall and Beachwalk Mall
6. Friendly and hospitable staff

Negative experience:
1. I was not picked-up at the airport. I was at the immigration for more than one hour. I also got delayed on the luggage retrieval because somebody took my luggage out of the carousel. But this was compensated by the hotel.
2. When I went back to my room after taking breakfast, the room attendant was cleaning the room. He let somebody from another room inside our room. Nothing was lost in our room and this did not happen again.

Rooms are comfortable and clean, the food was just exceptable, the actual premises needs a refurb, looking old.
However I found the staff were excellent, very friendly and obliging
We had to request for a fresh towel daily as they don't change it unless you ask. Towels and bedsheets were not clean.
