WE stayed as a family of 2 adults and 1 x 13yo in a studio plus apartment for 16 nights. Kuta townhouses is well positioned within walking distance to most everything with a shuttle bus availble, with regular trips around Kuta....booking required. Breakfast was included and while basic was more than adequate. All the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Our apartment was on the Brazilian BBQ side and was clean, quite and comfortable wih a pool right outside our door...bonus :) I would be more than happy to recommend this accomodation and would definately stay here again.

Terrible location, rude staff, out dated rooms and the aircon smelt, not to mention the wifi barely works. Won’t be staying at Kuta town houses again also the buffet breakfast was disappointing to say the the least.

Loved this place, so central to everything, large room that fit our family of 5 with heaps of room. Great staff and the free shuttle around Kuta was a hit! The pools were great and the kids enjoyed them immensely

Kuta townhouses was a real supprise. It looked a bit low when first pulling up there, but I was pleasantly supprised upon entering. The staff were great and as our room was not ready, they gave us a cold drink and we sat down and had a feed and drink while waiting. Our room again was a pleasant suprise, great size, view of pool, 2 bathrooms, air con and wifi. It had a full kitchen and microwave. The beds were very comfy, and had great water pressure in the showers. The only downfall was when we got into our room, we were thirsty so had a drink of water from the mini bar, which we replaced the next morning, but was charged for it anyway upon checkout.

I stayed in a three-bedroom apartment for seven nights. The bed was comfortable but many other areas were unsatisfactory. The lighting was appalling and it was very difficult to do anything in the kitchen area and reading was almost impossible. The poor lighting in the bathroom made it very difficult to apply makeup. I can't understand why simple things like hooks to hang clothing in the bathroom and a shelf to place a case haven't been added, particularly as the rooms gave ample space. Also, when you have three bedrooms you would expect them to be similarly equipped with things like a hairdryer. The main bedroom had a built in dryer that could not be moved. If this place improved its lighting, inserted hooks in the bathroom and provided an area to put cases etc it would be a big improvement. Without those additions, give the place a miss. The KTH is reasonably close to the beach but because of the narrow streets I found several taxis would not travel there. On a positive note, the staff are very good and the two restaurants below provide good food.

Dear Dolores, Thank you for your feedback. We are looking in to the lighting of the apartments as we have some feedback on this. At current the Building Manager has started upgrading and repositioning lights on level 4 and trying to work his way down. As for the hairdryer, we can look in to having it in all bathrooms but to overcome the immediate situation we will get portable ones and guests can ask Reception to request for them. There are 2 serviced buggies which you can book to use them. The operate in Kuta & Legian and starts every hour from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Thank you for your feedback on the Restaurants & Staff we will ensure that this is passed down to them.
