It felt like stepping through time into an ancient temple with the sounds of nature all around from running water to different small animals so coming from a busy city right to that place was heaven. Met the most helpful friendly staff member there called Guswho was always available and helpful even when I was over-demanding and nerotic after my... More

I have been staying at Fibra for a number of years. I love its garden and pool and the peace and quiet, even though it is on a busy road. It feels like a sanctuary. The staff are also very good and thoughtful. The only issue with Fibra is that it seems sadly the owner cannot bothered spending any money... More

Booked via phone just an hour before arrival due to last-minute change of plans. Selected this place based on an old 2008 Rough Guide and did not check trip advisor beforehand. This place has great potential and has new owners since just a month ago. Right now it is overpriced and lacking in cleanliness, but we talked with management and... More

Set in a beautiful, lush, tropical garden, and punctuated by Balinese statuary, but in the very heart of the tourist area, Monkey Forest Road. However, the rooms at the back of the property and therefore away from all the road noise. There is a nice pool (but no pool-side seats, loungers, cushions etc ) ; around it, there are beautiful... We only stayed one night and didn't use the restaurant but I will say the room (maybe not others) was run down for what you pay...considering newer places that charge almost half the price. Wonderful staff and location. Christine

We stayed for one night after booking for two. The first room they offered had a huge hole in the ceiling which a cat apparently fell through!? We took another double which on closer inspection had a filthy bathroom with hair in the plug hole. The air con did not work at all, the breakfast was not edible (a spoonful... More

Went to their restaurant... never saw what was coming... 2 burgers, not too big, a regular mac size. some fries and 1 can of coke + 1 ice tea for 200k IDR even though the menu stated 45k per burger... so that leaves what? 110k IDR for ice tea and canned coke? WTH the waiter guy didn't bring a bill,... More

We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was not clean, and lacked basic neccesities you should excpect at the rates they charge (e.g. soap, fresh towels). Even after I pointed it out they did not clean the room, although specifically asked to. The staff makes you feel unwelcome - which is a shame as the location, the pool and... More

My second time in this hotel, the hotel is quite nice, the gardens and pool are beautiful and the rooms are spacious and clean, in my first time the staff was so nice and friendly. Not this time, really disappointed. Due a to a mix up in the bar they tried to overcharge me and later treated me like a... More

most family stay inn, bungalow... whatever u want to call it are pretty much all the same. lots of stone architect and invested with well placed plants. Fibra was once a very demanding inn but the fame kinda got into their skin. indeed u can still feel the balinese atmosphere but the room i stayed was too modern for me.... More
