Fantastic place. The staff are the friendliest people we have ever met, they were always smiling. Any issues and they were attending to it straight away. Quite quiet during our stay, 3 times we ate dinner in tablespoon restaurant and were the only ones there, but still thoroughly enjoyable. Thank you for our stay

I really enjoyed staying here, it was relaxing, clean and well maintained hotel. Staff was very helpful for everything. I will bring my family here again next year. I was referred to this hotel by friends in Surabaya and I don't regret the stay and will come back again.

Hotel Bali Paragon is very suitable as a place to vacation, relax with family or friends, and as a place to meet business friends. The hotel staff is friendly, when I cross each corridor I am always greeted properly by all hotel staff. Hotel Bali Paragon has quite complete facilities such as a gym, restaurant, spa, and swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful garden. During the check-in process, I was greeted well and the luxurious appearance of the lobby lounge was so attractive and beautiful. When I got to the room I was happy with the neat and clean room, and I was a bit disappointed with the room which was not so fragrant

Good service all the staffs are really kind, i like the interior of this hotel, nice and clean room also there’s a balcony. Yummy breakfast and they can also sent it to our room. The hotel is quiet. Overall really enjoy staying here, thank you!

Stayed 4 days 3 nights and had a genuinely pleasant experience. We arrived late night and was greeted by friendly and helpful staff that helped us unload all our baggage from the car. There was no check in delays and the bellboy was standing by to take our luggage to the rooms. The rooms are quite spacious, king size beds are very comfortable and the tv/movie channels were all running 24/7 and the reception was clear. The pool size and design is perfect, with a kiddy pool and water slide for the children. There was always a staff on pool duty. Hotel location is reasonable and free parking is available, with security watching over the cars. Considering the ongoing pandemic, the Bali Paragon Resort Hotel is much better than most of the international chains in Bali (staffing, open and available facilities, maintenance, price). I will definitely be back.…
