One of the perks of Karma Royal Jimbaran is the walking distance to almost everything. My husband and myself traveled along with his mother. The staff was very helpful and polite and took to note that we had an elderly person with us, so they were more accommodating. We enjoyed our morning breakfasts and fresh fruits. The only flaw was the spa was not up to its mark. I felt it was rushed and not just for me but for my husband and my mother in law too. All in all a memorable experience with this resort. We would definitely go back!
We have just returned after spending 4 days at this lovely boutique resort. Being only able to accommodate for 15 villas meant that you got to know the staff who were always willing to do their best during our stay. We wanted a peaceful, tranquil and picturesque resort and that's what this place offers. The villas are wonderfully refurbished and very spacious and the food delicious and wonderfully presented by their head chef. We experienced a very rude American diner one evening that really shouldn't bother traveling overseas expecting the locals to understand her ridiculous demands. And occasionally the language barrier was noticed, but the team at the Royal were very caring. We will definately return to recharge our batteries at this lovely resort.
it was a wonderful and enjoyable trip that I spent with my family at Royal Jimbaran Resort in 2020. Even I managed to enjoy 4D3N there (actual duration was 8D7N). it was very awesome moment with my wife and children since everything seem like very perfect, such as walking distance (less than 100m) groceries, restaurants and etc. : ). Importantly the beaches are so close to the resort too. I wish I can re-visit and more days again with my whole family next year.
Stayed here many times because of the staff and the central location. Widi at spa is very good and I had some great treatments in the spa with a 25% discount for being a Karma member. The food in the restaurant is phenomenal and chef Pandi is a 5 star chef. This restaurant is a hidden treasure in Bali and the red snapper is fantastic . The Xmas Eve dinner was award winning and some dinner events here in the past have been consistently superb. Herbert the manager is super and nice and efficient as is Dex Sudi on reception. Madi and Joni and restaurant staff are lovely and cocktails are really well made. Apartments are clean spacious and everything works, we have no complaints. My constructive comments from years gone by have all been attended to, such as no TV to run in restaurant and managers not to speak loudly on phones ya liking business while guests are eating. Thank you to everyone at this resort Taylor Hodgkinson, from Karma Guest relations is the best one we have encountered and the members dinner on Sunday night at the other resort in Jimbaren was really nice and we met other members at the dinner 🥘 …
