This hotel is so beautiful, it's hard to know where to start. Pure luxury, with access to everything you need. No need to leave the hotel at all. Private beach and access to Ayana resort. Great kids pools and the spa's are incredible. So many restaurants to choose from, with high end dining. Needs to be seen to believed!

He had the pleasure of staying at the resort for a week. We were met by smiling faces and an upgrade to the beautiful Rimba Wana. The rooms were lovely and the service was flawless. Our almost 2 year old son loved the tram rides snd we were so impressed by how many different areas there are to explore. There is no reason to leave this resort once you arrive and we didn’t leave for a whole week and didn’t get bored for a minute . We loved the buffet breakfast at To ge, my son loved to feed the fish. We loved all the pools especially the ocean beach rock pool and the adult only pool at Rimba. We ate at many restaurants and enjoyed ourselves so much. My personal favourite was drinks at the Kisik Bar Lounge. It’s tucked away and easy to miss but it’s one of the most beautiful places on the estate. They accommodated late check out so that my son could nap in the afternoon, which was so incredibly helpful going into a long haul flight that evening. Nothing is too much for the staff and everything is met with a yes and a smile. I loved every minute and can’t wait to come back. Only feedback I have would be to extend the kids club hours to around 7pm so parents can enjoy sunset and to provide some shade for the outdoor play area / sand pit / trampoline area at Ayana, because it was too hot for small kids to play there during the hours of 9-5. Overall stays were pleasant the only improvement that need to be made is the restaurant to be more flavorful especially the italian restaurant “sami-sami” and the kids club need to be bigger because for such a big resorts the kids club is too small.

My wife and I are currently staying at the Villas at Ayana. We have traveled all around the world and stayed at some amazing places but the entire Ayana experience in Bali has been better than them all so far. The property is breathtaking, the food is delicious, but the people are out of this world! They are the nicest and most caring and attentive people we've ever encountered. Everyone smiles and greets us. You can tell they are not just being friendly because it's their job. They are genuinely great people who enjoy seeing other people happy. I would like to acknowledge a few people who have really stood out to us so far. Our butlers Awan and Angga have gone above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable! They are very knowledgeable and always happy to help. Adi and Laba served us during the Kampoeng Bali Balinese buffet dinner and Kecak Dance Performance and made our night one of the biggest highlights of our stay so far! This was our second stay at Rimba and it just gets better and better! The amenities are incredible but what really sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service- every single person greets you with a smile and nothing is too much hassle. A special shout out to Vienna at To'ge restaurant who made us feel like family (will miss her!) and Norton and Setiawan at Kubu Beach who helped make our beach picnic unforgettable. We were anxious traveling with a one year old child but this hotel made it so easy and hassle free. We cannot wait to come back!

First off I would like to thank Rimba for the upgrade to the Wana side of the hotel. We have had the most wonderful time at this hotel waking up every morning and walking along the sky bridge to breakfast has been so lovely! The photos don't do this hotel justice. It needs to be seen to be believed. I booked a luxury escape deal with this hotel and I was worried a week here might be too long however how wrong I was to be worried! So much to do and see you definitely need a few full days here otherwise you'll be rushing to do everything. Food prices and booze are expensive however if your able to get a deal definitely take it. I managed to get half board with luxury escapes and it's really been awesome. A big shout out to all the house keeping staff, these guys are amazing. Keep up the great work. Actually all the staff here are great, we've had the best time. Would highly recommend to anyone to come :) My only recommendation would be for the Rimba kids club to get a fence between the club and the pool incase any kids escape. We did notice this a couple of times, it would help the staff in keeping track of them. The staff in the kids club are great, my child loved attending there. Definitely do the pizza making. I have an incredible night at Rimba Ayana, I need to write this review because they have a beautiful resort and amazing services. At first, I met the front desk who was helpful and polite. They are Anom, Agus Darmawan, Dennis and Fayola. They looked sincere and I can feel it. They gave me helpful information and were very polite. They also know my birthday and give me warm birthday greetings. It was really meaningful to me. That day I tried Aquatonic Pool and the staff was nice. If I’m not mistaken her name is Widi. I enjoyed watching the sunset during lying in aquatonic pool At night I went to eat Italian food at Sami Sami resto. the server was nice. Suandika and Nika served me good food and good services. The view from SamiSami was incredible. After that, I tried oysters in Kisik. The place is wonderful. I ate seafood and listen to the waves crashing against the rocks. It was so good and calming. Back then the server also gave me the best services. I impressed by Rita and Ari. On the last day, after I checked out. I had a meeting in Damar with my clients and was served by a woman named Juniari. She said she has been working for Ayana since 2003. Her service was excellent. I feel welcomed by her. But she was genuine and nice to me and my client. Beautiful resort with, a beautiful view, and excellent services. Thank you Rimba Ayana, I have an unforgettable moment in your beautiful resort. Place where no one should miss out! I gave only 4 stars because I was very disappointed with Balinese massage at Ayana spa. It costs nearly five times more than other massage parlours in Bali but their services and techniques subpar, considering their price. I would have given 5+stars for other parts. Very attentive staffs, awesome facilities including access to 12 different pools, great flexibility with being able to have breakfast in three different restaurants and flawless shuttles that awaits you at the lobby every 10mins! My favourite place in Ayana was Kubu beach which is private beach only accessible by the hotel guests via free hotel shuttle. Thank you so much to De Pande and his colleagues at Kubu beach for the heavenly experience 🙏🙏🙏 . I would not have been able to enjoy the beach without your help Pande and I truly appreciate your help!😀 I would recommend everyone who stays at Ayana to visit Kubu beach at least once. Great stay at Rimba Ayana. Perfect place for relaxing and so many activities you can do in the resort. Since it is an integrated resort we can also use facilities in Ayana and Segara which we have never experienced before. The hotel is quite far from the main entrance so need to use transportation to go outside but so many restaurants inside the resort. Thanks to Vienna from Toge Restaurant for recommending and taking care of us. Especially Vienna was superb.Will surely return again with my family.
