Finally reviewing while on way to Four Seasons Kuda Huraa and Landaa Giraavaru in Maldives! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this resort to anyone without a doubt! Anyone who likes to be treated so incredibly warmly by the team who go out of their way to make everything surpass your expectations. I always stay Four Seasons and know what to expect from their service but at Jimbaran Bay it goes beyond - the mark of a great resort, anything that isn’t quite right, they immediately attend to it. Every detail is paid attention to. My only regret is that I didn’t write a review sooner, as had spent some time reviewing their Bali Sayan property (also incredible) but have been recommending both resorts by word of mouth. Adi is fantastic! She took care of us personally in our stay and runs many cultural activities at the resort which I would recommend people to check out. Sometimes she would arrange little “surprises” for my son in the villa for when we returned from the beach which he highly appreciated! When I had tummy ache she thoughtfully arranged for ginger tea to be freshly brewed and had it brought to me! But all the team really, I wish I knew everyone’s name to mention! We immediate booked for both Four Seasons for yet another repeat visit next year to both Bali Four Seasons, adding in Singapore Four Seasons on the way. The SPA also has a serene atmosphere. I tried out both their new light/gem treatments not available anywhere else. Would definitely recommend! I had achy muscles from running, and the Vichy shower light treatment erased every trace of discomfort as well as being very relaxing. Surfing by Tropicsurf was thrilling for my teen. He did it five mornings straight, starting in lagoon and moving on to half day trips out in the boat to catch bigger waves with Blake who was both friendly/enthusiastic and highly effective, encouraging instructor. Pros: All I said above, plus everyone greets you by name, anticipates every need, really listens to what you say, either responding accordingly or going far beyond what you would even expect. Yoga every day at 5:00 just as the weather turns to the perfect temperature and a great yoga view over the ocean The food - three of the restaurants were closed as the country had only recently opened up, however we were able to order from the full menu and have a delightful dinner in our villa’s perfect outdoor space next to the pool. Oh yes, having your own pool! Beautiful resort grounds, clearly a lot of care goes into maintaining it, many interesting places to find and sit. Well equipped gym, more compact than other Four Seasons properties but still has everything you could need/state of the art machines, plus wet towels/ fruit-infused water, snacks etc. there is a beautiful infinity pool at the top which we didn’t have time to use but great view Family pool- lovely waterfall. We hadn’t got round to using it as the ocean there is perfect for swimming and all the villas have own pool, but I’m sure in high season families would consider it a perfect place to spend time relaxing. I think of all the Four seasons family pools this was the nicest I’ve seen. (Kept meaning to use it when we passed by on way to get somewhere, finally we decided to go and then found a note in our room saying part of the area would be closed due to a function at some point that day - when asking our room attendants which hours it would be closed for, they arranged without request to surprise us by having it open for our use at a great time of day. On arriving at the pool, the attendants immediately whipped out loungers with parasols, and some freshly opened young coconuts and we were greeted with genuine smiles - I felt a real moment of “oh yes, this is why I come to the Four Seasons!”. So we know for sure that the pool is great, as well as the service. Attendant at the beach was friendly and attentive, immediately setting up beach chairs/wet towels upon returning from surf trips or dips in the ocean. Food - fantastic choice and selections for all dietary requirements. My meat eating son enjoyed all the vegan options he tried as well as the fish/meat dishes. Con- The only real con I felt was the proximity to a public beach, though Four Seasons itself does have its portion of private beach Pro/con depending on your preference: the restaurant by the beach (sundura) is open publically in the evening. We ate there the fist night only. Touches/fire gave a nice atmosphere and I think there was music playing. Would be perfect for people who want some nightlife and some drinks without having to go off property so I can totally see why it’s there. I personally didn’t feel comfortable there with a neighboring table of noisy people from a different hotel, as I pay for exclusivity of the resort and don’t really go for the “open to the public” idea. Food wasn’t quite for me either but that’s because it’s more of a casual dining place which some guests might appreciate. I must say the staff there were awesome though - they were great with my teen at dinner and also spent time playing chess with him after lunch on our final day while I was at the spa! That was a highlight for him that I greatly appreciate. Not all resorts would do that! I recommend visiting both Four Seasons resorts in Bali (Sayan first as it’s so grounding in the jungle and takes you out of the chaotic world we live in, plus it’s so easy to have cultural excursions from that location, then down to Jimbaran Bay for some beach fun and papering and a faster yet still relaxing holiday pace). Tip for rooms- they’re stunning and let in lots of light due to being completely open plan/big sliding doors. If you’re traveling as friends or family, get as many bedrooms as possible, as you’ll appreciate having some separate space!

Our stay here at the Four Seasons Jimbaran was wonderful. the staff were kind, smiley and attentive, antipicating our every wish. The resort is gorgeous, the food exquisite and the amenities are world class. I loved my surf lesson with Blake at Tropicsurf on the beach, where he had me up riding waves in no time. As a complete beginner he made it very easy for me to learn and was fun to chat with and learn a bit about the island and culture. I recommend the experience here at the Four Seasons. Thank you.

Our tour group spent two nights here before boarding our ship. This was our first experience staying at a Four Seasons and hope it is not the last. At check in, we were assigned a twin villa per our tour group. We mentioned we would prefer a king, and within a few minutes of getting to our room, 3 attendants showed up and rearranged our beds. Our villa, 266, was amazing. Comfortable bed, luxury amenities, coffee service, fresh fruit, and spiced cashews. Of course, the small pool and the outdoor furniture made us feel like we were royalty. All the staff were terrific…so friendly and genuinely cared for our well being. There were plenty of shuttles if you didn’t feel like walking to and from your villa. The food was delicious at both our breakfasts and dinners. We loved all the Indonesian dishes, but have to say the bacon at breakfast was some of the best we’ve had in a long time.

FSBali truly encompasses the Bali spirt, the resort is set out like a village, the villas are spacious, all with private pools, the grounds are beautiful and very lush. The resort has a calm energy, the perfect place to relax and energize. The food is outstanding, excellent flavours and quality. The spa is beautiful and provides a sanctuary within the resort for your treatments. The hotel is located perfectly to experience all that Bali has to offer. The stand out at the resort are the people, from the moment you arrive they look after you and are attentive without being overwhelming, the prefect level of care and attention is provided. The resort is special and is highly recommended for those looking for a quiet, luxury holiday, in beautiful surroundings, with outstanding service and amazing food.

Enjoyable and perfect Afternoon tea with finest assortment of cakes and sandwiches at the Sundara restaurant, Helpful and polite staff (Argus) who took time to explain the delights on offer. Lovely restaurant with perfect view of the sea and mountains beyond. I had also the pleasure in meeting the French chef that created this afternoon tea and had a delightful discussion with him on the various menu types, so thanks for taking your time.

We stayed for our honeymoon trip. Every staff called us by name with always smiles and kindness throughout the days. Room, facility, pools were amazing but the top significance was the quality of staff service.
