What an amazing resort, one of my favourites. This was my second visit here, 1st Holiday post covid and the the team did not disappoint. Post renovation the hotel looks and feels even better with an outstanding combination of excellent customer service. We stayed mostly at the resort and tried almost all the F&B options. Will surely return to the hotel soon. Keep up the great work Christoph and team.
This intercontinental hotel is certainly worth going to. As a retired hotel executive I experience my stay perhaps in a different more critical way than the other guest. However I must admit that I was surprised to find no flaws what’s so ever. Location great, all staff very kind en helpful, food good and all the other amenities above standard. We have a wonderful stay in a wonderful hotel.
Our family just loved our stay here. We had stunning interconnecting rooms with an outlook into the gardens and pools. The staff were fantastic & we greatly appreciated them assisting us when our flight home was changed. We can’t wait to visit again..
Most recommended…amazing property.. Our stay at Intercontinental Bali was most memorable holiday. Everyone is so caring & attentive..they go out of way to make comfortable stay. Ms Metri - manager who is very helpful !! Thanks to her & entire team that made our stay memorable!Next time we are planning for a longer stay in Intercontinental Bali Jimbaran. This is probably the kind of place that comes to my mind when I think of a beach resort. Big swimming pools, multiple restaurants, surrounded by 5-story buildings. It has been recently renovated, so except for a few things about it's style you wouldn't notice it's been there for a long time. My favorite thing were the lawns all around the pools until the beach. The chairs by the pool felt a little cramped, but enjoying the day in the lawns was fantastic. The bar/food service there was also nice and fast. There's also more secluded seating places if you prefer a quieter environment. Besides the pool bar/resto, they also have the breakfast restaurant, an Italian restaurant and a beach bar. But Jinbaran beach is famous for their seafood bbq places on the sand, so places for eating were plenty. The rooms are modern and clean. Wooden floor, separated shower/bath, and balcony. AC works perfectly and I like the fan too. The beach where the hotel is located is very beautiful and nice for walking and bathing, but having been to Bali a few times I must say that I almost forgot I was there sometimes. if you want a more Balinese experience you might wanna move also to different areas. I recommend Indigo in Seminyak if you want to keep the same level and hotel group.…
I had a wonderful 4 nights at the hotel this month. The hotel is beautiful and great architecture, great staff and services. Bed is very comfortable and big size. Breakfast has a good variety selection, I will definitely return.
I’ve stayed at the Intercontinental Jimbaran Bay many times - so was beautifully surprised to see how stunning it looked this time around! This dame of a resort has been totally refurbished with love and a fistful of dollars! 10/10 to the owners for investing during the pandemic and massive thanks and well dones to the magnificent team looking after the guests. They are positively proud with their newly buffed resort and graciously grateful that Bali has reopened for business. What better way for me to return my gratitude than by rebooking for new year’s eve 2022!!! See you soon x
We had a wonderful experience staying here. It’s not an entirely vegan friendly resort but the thing that touched our hearts was that the service crew here will try their very best to accommodate our dietary requirements. Without us asking, we were surprised with vegan cheeses, vegan soups & meals at breakfast every single day. We were often reminded whenever we ordered by accident any food/beverages that were not vegan — for any meal including restaurant & room service. The resort is well maintained & family loving. We observed, during our stay, how the staffs will try to cheer up children & speak to parents about the children park/activities if they see restless kids. We would like to share our gratitude personally to the following teams and people that made our stay feel like home. 1. F&B team during breakfast (Panji, Budi, Angga, Risa, Indah, Dodek, Nami & team) — panji prepared a special breakfast for us that was sent to our room at 5am on the day we had a morning tour 2. Kitchen team (Chef Dana & breakfast team) which prepares all our vegan surprises at breakfast 3. Front office & call centre team (especially Erik & Waty) 4. Housekeeping team (especially Suadarma for checking in on us every other day reminding us to turn off our DND button so he can replenish our amenities) We tried our best to remember names, but forgive us that we couldn’t. Our warmest thank you for the entire team at Intercontinental Jimbaran. We see you again, indefinitely.…
Nice and good service..lovely hotel me and my wife and this my first time come to here...staff friendly, very clean hotels we love it...this my first time going to Bali and this is our honey moon...service very excellent, we meet one staff member but i don't know the name.
A luxurious grand hotel with very impressive decor, last of 5 hotels we visited on a tour celebrating 20 years since we got married in Bali. This was the only hotel that didn't address or wish us well or offer anything for our Anniversary (our booking stated it was a special stay by our agent) told at check in our room was a twin room which obviously we didn't want , they said they would try and get us a different room so allowed us to use a temporary room but after sitting at the pool with no update after 4 hours ( 5pm) we again asked for an update as we hadn't unpacked and had a meal booked for 6pm in the sunset restaurant. All that aside it was eventually sorted and we just made it to our meal. Sunset restaurant is very expensive and only ate there once for that reason, we usually walked down to the beach and ate at one of the restaurants where the seafood was just incredible and a quarter of the price for food and drinks in comparison to the hotel. Overall an impressive hotel but because of its size i felt it lacked the care and consideration we felt we had with other hotels and has little Indonesian character unlike our other stays and a little too expensive in comparison too.…
