Sorry I don’t know the answer to this question, but the staff are very helpful and I am sure they will try their best to accommodate your needs. All the rooms that I saw you could seen the animals

Sorry for the late reply. It was better to book direct on their website. Pass to the park was included and also breakfast. We also got a room upgrade.

"The bathrooms were dated and a bit smelly but if you kept the door closed it was not a problem. Our rooms were on the second story."
