You should not stay at this resort. There are plenty better alternatives at much lower rates; for example The Barn in the Philippines or Kamalaya in Thailand. In fact, Ananda is no more than a worn out, British looking estate where zen and harmony are hard to find. Since when

Dear Guest, Namaskar! Thank you for visiting us at Ananda and for you kind and detailed review. Your feedback will definitely help our other guests plan their time here better. We are very happy to hear that our services and activities met with your expectations and that the team was able to look after you well. Do continue some of the practices like Yoga, meditation and your dosha diet, recommended by our Ayurvedic Physicians, in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle. We are grateful to you for your feedback on the Vedanta. Our teachers are from the Vedanta Academy in Lonavla and all of them take instruction in the subject from the same guru, Swami Parthasarthy. Swamiji personally assigns the teachers to Ananda based on their overall skill and knowledge. The teachers are here by rotation for about a month at a time. We look forward to welcoming you back to Ananda soon, do let us know if we may assist in any way to plan your future trips. Warm regards, Nikhil Kapur

Dear Guest, Namaskar! 1. April or October are both great times to visit and all activities including the treks are operational. 2. Vedanta, Yoga and Meditation are available round the year and can be incorporated in your daily schedule 3. We have a number of flight options to the Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun, both from Delhi and Mumbai. Jolly Grant of only an hour from Ananda. Do let us know if we may be of any further assistance.
