Shower barely worked. Bathroom didn't smell nice at all. The desk staff were unhelpful and kept trying to make money out of us. Also it is miles out of the main town so its an extra cost getting tuk tuks or taxis everywhere, which also are trying to scam you at every opportunity. The food in the restaurant was ok....

I stayed for three days the staff are very friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean and tidy and the food is great and room service is very quick, the only down side is the food is a bit expensive, I would highly recommend this hotel when you stay in Varanasi,

We check in to Hotel New Temple Town on April 2016. It was Navaratri time and so it happened to be one of the best times to visit the Holy City of India. I took my old parents with me along with my wife and kid. Certainly, hygiene and comfort were my first preference. I preferred locating in a hotel...

The first impression was poor, unfriendly desk staff. Rooms are dark and dingy, location is on the edge of town so there is no walking to get anywhere, rickshaw or taxi is a must. After first night we were basically demanded to checkout and switch hotels (although we paid for 2 nights via Delhi travel agent) they called our room...

Claustrophobic small rooms, with no windows for air circulation, The rooms lacking in amenities and cleanliness- sheets not changed even once during our stay of 3 days. The bathroom was not only smelly but the flush too was leaking. Inspite of repeated calls and visits by the staff, the problem could not be solved. The only lift in the hotel had also...

We stayed at hotel New temple town on December 2015. It was chilling outside and we enjoyed the sacred city thoroughly. My wife is very particular about cleanliness and water arrangements at any hotel we’ve stayed so far. No doubt, here in this hotel both met up to our expectation. The breakfast was yummy and filling which helped us kick...

No one can enjoy a city unless the stay is blissful. My stay in Varanasi was convenient, joyous and absolutely, blissful! Hotel New Temple Town was where I chose to hit back while on my tour to this sacred city. The hotel staffs were courteous and the hotel itself was conveniently located. All my visiting spots were under short reach....

Having seen recent poor reviews for this hotel, I felt I had to write to offer my own different view. Stayed here for 2 nights and had nothing but smiles from the helpful staff throughout. Our room didn't have a window, but that was nothing unusual in a number of hotels where we stayed and is often a blessing in...

A dirty hotel located in Varanasi. Food was not good and not sure what we were eating. The hotel was very dirty and smelly. There are many great places to stay in Varanasi. So if you booking this place please think.
