I stayed here with my family for 3 days. Horrible experience. Manager is cheater. Room service is bad. Even they did not bother to give drinking water in the room. It is my request to the Agra visitors not to stay in this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for a day recently and were disappointed on multiple fronts. We had booked after reading many reviews and were hoping that after renovation as the newer reviews suggest that the hotel will be good enough for a short stay. Pros: - Location is quite close to Taj Mahal & Agra Fort - Has convenient parking for 6-8 cars Cons: - The rooms although renovated are small and need better upkeep and maintenance. The cleaning wasn't up to the mark. - The hotel corridors were smelling of dampness although there was no smell of any kind in the room - The staff at both the reception and restaurant need customer service training. They weren't very helpful and are not receptive to any kind of feedback. Overall if they work a bit on their food and cleanliness and staff training, it's an ok choice for a short stay at Agra.

While spending my three days at Varanasi its time to bid adieu the city and move towards the next destination well the city of varanasi is as peaceful and as holy as it was mentioned thw beautiful temples ghats, ganga aarti were all so mesmerizing and a rice experience of the indian culture, got some sspare time to visit Sarnath as well the place where buddha attain enlightenment, this was an holy experience of the tour to India. The next destination being Agra the land of Taj Mahal, built buy Shah Jahan in the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz whose grave is burried in the same monument, took almost 14 years to complete built in white marble along the bank of river yamuna, so my journey from Varanasi to Agra will be a train journey to experience the Railway journey in India, though i got an option to travel via cab i chosen train. While krishna my tour agent is always on touch and a call away he always ensures for my safety while travelling. He booked this property for my stay at Agra. The hotel was safe and peaceful like i asked krishna, being not a morning person i dont like the honking of horns early morning so he knows what i need, well i reached the hotel in the noon and all i wanted was food, well the hotel guys served me a great meal, the staff was friendly and genuine, no interference and unnecesaary questions. Comfortable stay i preferred to have rest till evening then will visit the local market and taste the local food of the city. My plans for viaiting the city was for 2 days visiting Taj was on priority and heard of a red fort of agra as well, later day i had a plan to visit fatehpur sikri nearby agra and to see the replica of taj mahal there as well. Excited and all geared up to see the real beauty of the city, till i move to my next destination. Kudos Much love Sebastian

The hotel is situated in a very busy street. There are a local shop nearby where you can go and buy water. The restaurants are situated about 1 km from there. The wifi is terrible. The breakfast even worse. The rooms needs serious cleaning. If you go and review comments you will notice nothing changed from last year October. We stayed 2 nights. Not recommended.
