This place is truly unique. We stayed in one of their very luxurious tents. Full bathroom, shower and loo. Lying in bed looking out across the grass at the varied bird life was lovely, but so was sitting around the fire pit in the evening after the tastiest supper of mostly home grown food. There is also a lovely little water... More

Who could imagine a tent with a luxurious king sized bed, lights, evaporative cooler, washroom (bathroom) with running water, toilet, and full shower! Perfect place to stay if you are planning jeep safaris in Ranthambhore National Park where you will see much wildlife and hopefully tigers. I recommend three or four safaris, because it is really the luck of the... More

We had a straw thatched cottage with an outside bath/shower besides a lovely veranda, air con and an internal bathroom. Less than 10 mins from the National Park and a real bonus..last on and first off the canter for the National Park safaris! We had a lovely close-up of a tiger after it had been munching something behind a bush!... More

We arrived at Khem Villas after a manic transfer by road from the station. After 6 hours on the train and the transfer we were in need of TLC. We were met by the staff at the drop off point who welcomed us with big friendly smiles. As we walked down a picture perfect path to the main building we... More

We stayed in Khem Villas during our trip to Ranthambore. Its a fabulous place. The naturalists at the resort were very very good. Usha and Manvendra were always there, answering any queries we had. We had a 3 night 4 day stay after doing the India triangle. The lodge is very nice with the short bush walks and loungers around the fire pit and lagoon. Food is quite good and staff are helpful. The game drives are very dissappointing - dusty, dry, cramped and boring - this is not the lodges fault as they... More
