Having been unsuccessful in seeing a tiger in multiple forests in over 30 safaris, Ranthambore came calling as a prime destination to fulfill the wish. Aditya Singh's (the owner) photography credentials as well as the fact that Theo Allofs and Andy Rouse stay at the Ranthambhore Bagh were the reason to select the Ranthambhore Bagh as the destination to plan... The property is located around 2km from the railway station and around 15-20 mins from any of the main zones of the park. Its a relatively small but clean property , with very helpful and friendly staff. The owner, Aditya Singh is a passionate photographer and he has framed lots of images of animals and birds found locally, while the... More

I really enjoyed my stay at the The Ranthambhore Bagh. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The owner joined us on a couple of drives and great to talk to. He is an avid photographer with some world class photos. I highly recommend you walk around the main floor of the hotel to see some of his great shots.... More

Ranthambore national park is situated in ranthambore near to Sawari madhopur. Jungle safari is main activity to do there. We will see many animals there. We are fortunate that we could see leoperd there. People enjoy safari there very much. And in day time people can relax in peace.

We've just had the most wonderful stay here with Dickie, Poonam, Ramsingh and the whole team ensuring it was extra special. Spotless, comfortable, cool in the rooms and with excellent food and variety of dishes, nothing was too much trouble. Service is outstanding and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Sitting on the lawn in the garden in the... More

Returned to this hotel for the 3rd time in 8 years and the experience they guarantee is one of the main factors (in addition to tigers, of course) that keeps bringing me back to Ranthambhore. The hotel is run by a lovely couple, who know what visitors want and their do their best to ensure that no-one leaves disappointed. Hospitality,... More

The Ranthambore Bagh was home away from home on my trip to " Incredible India ". We had a very friendly welcome and check in and were pampered every step of the way during our stay. The rooms are clean , comfortable and had functioning a/c"s ,a welcome relief from the blistering temperatures. The rooms were cleaned and arranged every... More

The staff is very friendly, the owners are nice, and the guide we had was truly outstanding! There is no pool, so what should one do between safaris? There was no shampoo in the outdated bathroom, but we were told we can buy shampoo at their in-house-owned store.... Now that was a first for us I must admit. In any... More

This was a lovely experience. The owners are themselves wildlife photographers and stay in the same hotel - thus they not only ensure zero deficiency, but also ensure that you have the best possible service. The hotel is always willing to adapt and customize their services to suit the guests' requirements. They also keep a tab on local activities and... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Ranthambhore Bagh opened in 1998 as a modest 12-room hotel for travelers looking out for an experience in the Ranthambhore National Park. The following year we added luxury tents, with all the facilities that a modern day traveler needs. We have now evolved to a resort which caters to all kind of specialist needs and have become the favorite hangout of filming crews, photographers, naturalists, birders and tourists who desire a richer wildlife experience. If you are the kind who wants to photograph the Indian courser or identify the different individual tigers of Ranthambore then you have reached the right place. ... more   less
