We two senior citizen couples stayed there for two nights on 4th & 5th February. Our stay was amazing
Tents & attached bathrooms are very clean , whole staff were very polite mannered & courteous even owner of the property who is from royal family could be seen to supervise & always there to help customers. Mr. Balbeer all in one was always there to provide any food & tea anytime to us. Sand dunes safari was enjoying & comfortable. These sand dunes are better then Sam dunes in Jaisalmer.
Sun set is amazing from this property

We visited them on 22nd February.. advance booking was there..so paid 1/4th amount in advance. The arrangements were so good and hassle free that we felt like we are at home. The whole team was humble and pro at their work i.e jeep drivers , canteen members, camel driver etc. We were taken through the sand dunes of Bikhamkhor village ; Safari spots were less but truly joyful. Spotted dears and other animals .Resort is also well maintained with all the amenities . The folk singers who performed during campfire were mesmerizing. I was definitely touched by their service as they made us feel "Atithi Devo Bhavi" . There was no one asking for remaining payment/ balance , it was ease paying at the time of leaving !!! Please don't go through negative reviews ..give them a chance to serve 😊😊

Beautiful location and wonderful staff. We had loads of fun and relaxation at the same time. Tents were clean and hygienic, Rajasthani food was delicious all served fresh and hot. Evening camel ride and next day jeep ride was also a wonderful experience.

I along with my 3 cousins was here to celebrate the birthday in March. we booked the rooms online and then called the hotel for confirmation. our package included folk dance and music, bonfire and tea, coffee, dinner, and breakfast. there's literally nothing our whole evening spent calling the manager who was sitting in Mt.Abu and we literally did not have water, towels, soap in our room. We called down to ask about folk dance and music thing. he said there was glitch online that'swhy it was showing all those things aur aisa kuch nahi hai plus ab agar hum unlogo ko bulaenge to 55kms see aenge artists to not possible. After a lot of discussion he agreed to call the artists agar hum extra 2000 pay krte hai toh. We agreed and the artists came and performed for merely 30 min jabki manager said jab take chaho take tak krvalena. After that we asked for bonfire at 11 something kyunki artists chale gae the toh he argued again a lot and then ordered his staff ki '5 min ek do lakdiyaan jala do aur fir 5min baad pain daal ke bujha dena' these were literally his words. The other man who was here in authoritative position was shouting on phone from inside ki 2 hazar rupae deke malik banjaenge kya and what not and all of this was happening while we were planning and cutting on cake, After my brother cut the cake, we asked them to put the leftover cake in the fridge, they refused to us ki nahi humara fridge kharab ho gya hai ab, hum nahi rakhenge, jabki 10 min pehle mai khud unke fridge see cake leke ai this jo bilkul sahi chal rha that. this was the experience jo mai raise words mai explain bhi nahi kr parhi hu. i was literally on the verge of crying kyunki they spoiled our birthday celebration and moreover they have the courtesy to deny us of our rights. never ever go there.

Okay Experience. For the price they charge the service needs to be much better. The washrooms were not properly maintained and there was no separate wash rooms for male and females. The snacks were pathetic. There were only pakodas but without any stuffing with service poor for that as well. All of the visitors were extremely angry and frustrated with snacks and the service. The dinner though was good and hot which was positive. Surprisingly there was no salad served with the dinner. Desert safari and camel safari were good. Overall not worth the money spent. They certainly need to improve the service and quality.

Unprofessional people. Booked the package through Mr. Mahipal Singh. He gave 500 discount before booking and quietly changed the room from AC to no AC. We caught this trick of his. He then explained me the complete trip. Few ppl had warned me that hotel tell safari of 10 kms and only take you for 2 kms.mr mahipal had promised gor 10 kms and took us for 2 kms.
Food is extremely bad both at camp site and at hotel. AT HOTEL food is prepared by a small boy. Don't know if he is above 16. The water in pool and fountain were months old and insects were breeding. Morning kesar Singh informed us to leave at 9 am I.e before our check out time of 12 noon as there was shooting scheduled. I informed him that we will not leave as we have paid till 12 noon. Fun part is there was no shooting or booking in hotel for that day .we were the only guest in hotel. mahipal accepted that there was no booking . Salt provided was expired, curd was stale , cook was a small boy , insects and unhygienic. Mr. Mahipal Was already aware of all this including the small boy cooking.. I demand my complete refund.

We had a really great time here. We would like to specifically mention Balveer Singh for his services and cook Prithvi Singh for preparing such delicious food (they made Lal Maas specially for us). Also, the Safari ride by Kuldeep Singh was just a cherry on the cake. Overall, great experience.

We were at jodhpur and were searching around to see which is the nearest desert experience. Osian came highly recommended and rightly so! Approx 65 kms away from the city. The Owner and the staff was too cooperative and polite. We had a wonderful experience of jeep safari. Thanks to kuldeep ji, to give us this amazing ride and camel ride. Bonfire is so well arranged for the cultural events by the most friendly cultural artists. Food was perfect felt like home. You can experience everything here! The jeep safari, the camel ride, the folk dance, bonfire everything. The overall process right from booking till the checkout was seamless experience. Hospitality in the resort is totally outstanding, right from the time you reach till the time you leave they are always ready to help you for anything. The package is very affordable and enjoyable. It was a very memorable trip for us. Will definitely visit this place again.

I stayed at this place for a day on 25th with my wife. The place is wonderful.
The owner was kind enough to offer us complimentary jeep safari (the package had only camel safari).

For people interested in jeep safari, choose Kuldeep Sa’s gypsy and you will know the reason why I say this, once you opt him. His driving skills are unmatchable.

Food, hospitality, staff, everything was good.

Overall: Very satisfying experience. Will definitely visit again.

A cordial and friendly staff, live music and dance, homely food, dune rides on jeep and camel, and a calm, worry free overnight stay in desert.

If elders are accompanying you then camel ride would be tough for them.. You may go for Gypsy/Jeep ride or Camel cart..
