We stayed in a beautiful and beautifully appointed suite at the RAAS Jodhpur and had a wonderful time. I was unwell for the first day but the staff were very friendly and kind, despite our slightly dramatic and very late night arrival, bringing fresh fruit and fruit juices to the room while my partner explored the city. I didn’t feel I missed out too much because the hotel has the most gorgeous view of the fort from the restaurants / bar / pool, which are all themselves lovely. The spa has an excellent range of treatments, more premium pricing than other places in India, but reflected in the service and facilities which were very smart and spacious. Worth spending a little more to stay here in general, it felt like a real treat and I look forward to our return.
We have visited this hotel thrice. It's a lovely place to stay in Jodhpur. Ideal for those who wants to visit Fort by walk. We enjoyed dinner. Chef Hitesh Yadav is charming man. He suggested us to have chef's special dish. We really recommend this hotel to all foody lovers.

Wonderful Haveli style hotel in a good location and with great views of the Mehrangarh Fort. Loved the fusion of modern and traditional architecture. Excellent food, service and massage treatments. Visited as part of a Raas Hopper package, which is a fantastic way to see the glories of Rajasthan.
Raas Jodhpur is pure magic. The hotel is an ancient haveli beneath the walls of the Fort, restored in a perfect blend of old and new. They used local materials for much of the work and the hotel is therefore beautifully in keeping with its surroundings. Amid the hubbub of the old city, Raas is cool and quiet, a place of peace and mindfulness. The staff are kind and attentive, and the food is exceptional. Go go
We went to RAAS thinking of it as a safe property where we could spend our holidays in peace but it turned out to be the worst experience of our life. Unfortunately, we forgot our handbag at the rooftop bar and it was not returned to us. This led to a great loss on our part. They also informed us that there are only 16 CCTV cameras (some of them weren’t functioning) in that huge property and there are no cameras in the restaurants. Please be careful of your belongings if you stay here. You can not relax, or leave your things out of sight because you won’t find it the next minute . Don’t leave things in your rooms, that’s maybe not safe either.
There are only a few hotels who are doing there bit for sustainability. Apart from superb facility, view and infrastructure Raas is truly an eco friendly hotel to stay! Really loved the fact that they give glass water bottles, keep full size toiletries instead of small useless ones. Hats off to the management!
Very nice interiors but plenty many compromises, the noise level in night and early morning Azan sounds then houses adjacent to the hotel are quite a downer. you really don't want to spend your morning with views of people brushing and gargling in front of you however normal day to day activity it might be. Front desk experience was average though the restaurant and service staff were really good, Would like to thank Chef Amit for my amazing Pizza that too without cheese a must try. Approach road is also a tricky part one of my cars could not even enter in late hours of night as someone had wrongly parked auto right in front of gate. They are still in the process of renovating rooms, the place has potential I hope it lives up to the brand that RAAS is known for.
RAAS Jodhpur is centrally located at the heart of the city with the local markets, can be explored by walk. The team members were extremely helpful and hospitable. Ashwini leading the team, Arjun from front office, Baapi from F&B Service and Singh from Housekeeping - very polite and humble. The mesmerising view of the Mehrangarh Fort form the rooms (luxury rooms with balcony) was absolutely stunning. Food is excellent and the restaurant next to the poolside is perfect for the breakfast. Their roof top bar is a must visit during the evening, specially when the Fort is lit beautifully. The Spa therapist, Vindiya and the Manager, Satyam were splendid in recommending the treatments and then the experience.
