Rooms rather basic, but with great price, everything you need. Additionally really great people, very helpfull and home made food, second me one of the Best I had in India! Owners will help you with your travel plan and transport if you need.

I stayed in this guest House with my mom and daughter only one day/night but I can easily say that it was much better I could expect. Didin't book the place, rickshaw wallah just took us there since we didin't have any hotel booking. The place looks like some haveli and very homey, family is nice and what is most...

The Chandra Niwas Guest House shows up the inadequacy of the TripAdvisor rating only going up to 5. Like the amplifier in Spinal Tap, this rating has to be one more than the standard hotel rating Chandra needs a Six! Everything about the guest house is exceptional. Friendly greeting, excellent service, super rooms, tasteful deco, relaxing atmosphere and simply wonderful...

Easily the most unfriendly and poorly-run place we stayed in during 5 weeks traveling around Rajasthan. We expected a great time from the previous reviews but we were ignored and poorly treated during our entire 3 night stay. It is neither a functioning guesthouse nor a homestay. They have a rooftop 'restaurant' but not much of the menu is on...

We spend two night in this guesthouse with nice atmosphere. The room was nice and comfortable. We liked to relax on the rooftop and in the garden. The family who works there is really friendly and helpful. The meals we had was also nice. Bilal show us the city which was nice, he also really like to have us in...

Our stay at Chandra Niwas Guest House was indeed a memorable one. We felt very warmly welcomed upon our arrival and right away enjoyed an excellent homemade dinner on the atmospheric rooftop with few other guests. The food was very good throughout the entire stay and the breakfast was nutrious and tasty. In addition, our room was beautiful, clean and...

I have never felt so welcome and received soooo much assistances and attention , way over any expectations from average hotel owner. The owner and family, (may we not forget the charming friend, Bilal) were friendly and extremely kind and knowledgeable. Even transported me across town to fetch forgotten walking stick. Took me sightseeing and schlepped with me from one...

I was unwell when we arrived so we were very glad to be picked up from our evening bus, which we didn't expect! Mr Singh was also kind enough to upgrade us to a larger room. He was really helpful in organising our bus journey on to Pushkar and took us to check out the bus, buy the ticket and...

Like most other reviewers, I think that this Guest House represents fantastic value for money. All of the important things for a tourist are present in this property:- Security (for your personal effects) is good. It is in a good location (a relatively quiet residential location with a park nearby) but still only a short distance to the Fort, Old...

We stayed there for a day this week. The host Mr Singh was a true gentleman. I and a friend of mine (both girls) reached Bikaner really early in the morning. Though our check in time was late and since no rooms were empty that early in the morning, Mr Singh was generous enough to let us sleep in his...
