Hiteshwar, the man managing the show currently was himself present to pick us up from the station and he had been always following up how far we had reached. After the welcome and we settled in his guest house, we were served freshly made paratha , egg bhujji, achar and many more. I must say, all the dishes were very... More

Have stayed here 3 times, each time very pleasant. Very comfortable a.c. room. Home meals being served in a large dining room. The family is very outgoing to assure the guest has a comfortable stay. Located in a residential area and close to the catholic church.

The trip was absolutely fantastic and very reasonably priced. We only went on the Camel Safari and it was one of the best trips we've done in India. There was plenty of delicious food and camping under the stars in the middle of the desert was something we will never forget. However, we found it quite uncomfortable that there was... More

The place looks pretty nice in the pictures but when you enter in it is a bit disappointing . You can notice the humidity on the walls , the rooms a little bit abandon and it is more expensive than it should be. The good thing about this place ,is the food which is delicious and the owners are kind.

I visited Bikaner on 27th September 2015 along with family and stayed at Vijay Guest House for two nights. Bikaner was part of our Rajasthan trip and our first destination. It is a home stay run by Vijay Singh Rathore popularly known as Camelman. The facility is on the main road in front of Sophia College. Though we could not... More

I came to Bikaner solely for the camel safari experience. I did not want to go all the way to Jaisalmer from Delhi. After reading about Vijay and his tours online and in the Lonely Planet, I emailed and booked a three day, two night camel safari, as well as two nights in the guesthouse beforehand to explore a bit...
