Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
The hotel being situated close to National Highway, provides convenient and good stay for someone traveling to onward destination. With friendly staff at the service and clean rooms we had pleasant one-night stay on our to and fro Journey to Vishakapatnam. The hotel authority need to consider availability of some desert items in their Breakfast spread.

I stayed here for 2 days in a deluxe room. Overall rooms are good, but still need maintenance as the current condition isn't expected from a room of this price point. Toiletries like shaving kit and dental kit were not available. Bucket and mug kept in the bathrooms were dirty/old. Amenities like shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and even the soap were of poor quality. We had to buy and use our own. Refrigerator in the room wasn't working either. Breakfast buffet seemed overly-priced as they had limited options, but the food was great. Hotel staff coordination was poor. I had requested an early check-in, did call them when i reached Bhubaneswar but still had to wait for around 25mins to get a room after arriving at the hotel. Also had to repeat the same thing twice at breakfast for two different staff members, that i would like to have breakfast and will pay for it(as it wasn't a part of my package).
We had lunch on the day we checked in at "The Living Room", a full service restaurant of the hotel. My wife and i loved the food and ambience there. It was worth the money.
Staff should give full info during check-in that the gym is opened for guests as per request on certain timings during the day. They just told me it opened twice in a day but was locked every time i wanted to use it. So i could never use it assuming that they gave me wrong info.
This was my experience at this hotel. Hope it helps.

We stayed at Hotel Presidency during our onward journey to Koraput because it was located right on the highway.
- Reasonably priced rooms with modern amenities - Service is decent but nothing extraordinary. Infact we had told the reception that we will be checking out early morning, but there was a delay in sending the staff for hauling the luggage - Packed breakfast had limited fare in limited quantity: sandwiches, eggs and banana

I stayed continues for one week. Hygiene, Staff Behaviour, Food and Coordination mechanism were very good. I bless all the staff specially Mayadhar Raut (Room Boy). The hotel is situated at a very central location if you have work or family trip, crucial locations are not very far.

Dirty old rooms , bad linen, stinky rooms , washrooms are like a lodge or no star category , AC and fan both make so much noise . Pillows are very hard n wil give anyone a neck sprain . Food was below average and served in banquet hall instead of restaurant . Breakfast is no where close to a 3 star property , it’s basic n taste is also average .

This place looked great in on line website, but it is misleading. Similarly their 4 star rating is false. The staff is not empowered to serve their customers. We stayed in room number 403. The bathroom floods. Inspite of promissing to relocate us they failed. Just outside our room they have a stinking storage room without doors. In my sister's room next door the phone did not work. In the third room there was no water. The staff was ill prepared to act as they have to get the management to ok every action. The GM was not accessible, nor he made any attempt to rectify the problem. Never again i will be fooled like this.

They have defective magnetic keys which need to be activated every time you enter the hotel.. When you leave room to explore Bhubaneswar, house keeping staff come inside and do their job without prior permission or information.when we asked, the desk staff and even the manager said this is our hotel policy. Siddhi kalyani Holidays recommended and booked a super deluxe room for my family. Smoky rooms. The refrigerator had chicken smell and alcohol.

I want to thank the hotel Manager Mr.Biswaranjan Swain for providing awesome service for one of my relative Mr.Ashish Mishra.. I booked a deluxe room for my relative and i must say Biswaranjan has assisted my guest from the time my guest checked in till checked out. Despite he was doing a night shift still kept me informed that everything is good and my guest is treated nicely. My relative is highly impressed by hotel managers behavior. Hotel stay was superb and i will surely recommend my friends and relatives about The Presidency hotel..

Deluxe Double bedroom was ok but washrooms were pathetic. you need to literally open door n come inside n then feasible to close.
no enough space to move inside with door open.
bucket mug was provided but without a stool table to sit.
no floor matt provided.. so you will make the whole room wet as no bathroom matts on door.
Refrigerator provided but not working. kettle provided but its switch not working properly- had to stand there pressing the button.
sofas were dirty.. like not cleaned from ages.
Breakfast buffet was limited varieties but ok.
Hotel Staff was not attentive..including reception.. had to ask thrice to get bathroom floor matt.
rooms were dirty under bed.. dirty n spider webs .
