Luxury Motorcoach resort located in historic Lincoln County, New Mexico. We have 27 pull in sites and 2 back in sites, all sites are private with patios and gas firepit-- all have tremendous views. We have a wonderful clubhouse with laundry and separate men's and women's shower facilities. We also have a nature/hiking trail. We are a gated facility with 24 hour surveillance cameras on site.

What a beautiful RV resort. My wife and I have been traveling the country full-time for the last 7 years, and we always try to stay in the nicest RV resorts we can find. . . . and they don't come any nicer than the Ruidoso MotorCoach Ranch.

The resort is located on top of a mountain ridge, so the views are spectacular from every site. The roads are all asphalt, the RV pads and patio pads are all concrete, and each site has a nice built in propane fire pit. There’s a big patio at the clubhouse with firepits and fireplaces, plus indoor and outside kitchen setups for the frequent resort events held there. Truly a first-class Resort. And frankly, I was really surprised how low their rates are, compared to comparable RV resorts.

Ruidoso is a beautiful little town - one of those without the hustle-bustle of big cities - friendly people, and great little shops and restaurants. It's a beautiful part of the country with lots to see and do.

Finally, I have to comment on how nice the owners are - Jimmy and Lisa. It's obvious how proud they are of their Resort and how much they enjoy the RVing community.

Note: In June of 2024, there were forest fires in the general area, that scared some people away from the area in the second half of '24. Well, I can attest from our 2 weeks at Ruidoso MotorCoach Ranch in Oct. ‘24, that the fire and flooding had absolutely no effect on us or our enjoyment of the area. In fact, as I said, the Resort is located on the top of a mountain ridge with sweeping views in all directions, and we couldn’t see any evidence of the fire or flooding from there.

Outstanding Class A RV Resort!
In the mountains, surrounded by natural life & evergreens, 29 concrete pads, each with concrete fire pits and rod iron chairs, and natural trails. Could not ask for a better spot yet we must mention the owners, Jimmy & Lisa, are gems who wear smiles and will do their utmost to help any of us in any way possible.
Highly recommended -

Cannot say enough good things about this place! One of the nicest and best run places we have stayed in our class a diesel rv. Beautiful grounds and the rv sites are extremely thoughtfully laid out for maximum privacy and views. Views are amazingly. Friendly accommodating staff. Cute town and fun scenic drive through historic Lincoln with history of Lincoln County war. Top notch. Will be back in this area if just to stay here again! Only stayed two nights. Not long enough. A++++

Found this gem online and so very happy we did. Pristine grounds, wildlife and walking trails. Heard Elk in the morning and you will see deer often. Scenery is beautiful. Next time we come through we will definitely stay at RMR. Owners welcoming and you can tell they love what they are doing.

With 20+ years of RV travel under our belts this is easily one of the five best camping resorts we've ever seen and obviously the best in New Mexico. The owners are really nice people that are actively involved in the daily operation and it shows. Gated, all paved and spacious level sites with fire pits, nice views and wildlife. Worth every penny.

Recently my wife and I purchased a new Class A Motorhome and wanted to find a nice place in Ruidoso NM to work out any bugs in our new unit. After a search we decided on the new Ruidoso Motorcoach Ranch.

Wow! What a wonderful safe and comfortable place to stay! Words can not express how quiet and beautiful this location is. Everything about it is 1st Class++, which includes friendly customer service, a beautiful pavilion, laundry room, showers, and outdoor kitchen down. Each site also includes beautiful views and your very own personal gas fire pit. Our 3 pets loved the nature trails and all the deer that were playing around.

Not only did we work the bugs out of our new motorhome, we were able to relax with our 3 pets and have a wonderful experience. We will be going back this summer.

On-site owner/managers seemed nice enough until issues arose, then customer service & civility completely evaporated. We were treated as liars after explaining multiple times over several days that my wife's parents, who arrived with us on day one, had their own accommodations in town and had merely made the trip with us. They were NOT hiding out and/or staying in our coach! Inappropriate and unauthorized charges for these 2 "extra guests" were finally reversed only after heated arguments. Then, upon comparing our bill to our reservations, we were overcharged again. It finally took the intervention of the credit card company to get that resolved as RMR refused to honor our confirmed reservations. None of it was about the $ as much as the principles and general lack of respect shown to us. If you value these things, then this might not be the place for you either.

ps...the park host was great. Very friendly and helpful. All issues were with the on-site owners, who should really consider a different business model that get's them detached from contact with people.

This is one of the best RV resorts we have stayed at. Excellent owner/operators with outstanding service, great amenities and resort cleanliness, awesome views and wildlife. If you want a pristine and relaxing place to stay that is private and quiet, this is your place. Only 29 spaces on 40+ acres of property with great amenities, clubhouse, and nature trails. We highly recommend this place. There are no bad sites.

Absolutely spectacular RV sites. Very large, level, concrete sites can accommodate the largest RVs with no problem. All with a view and gas firepit. The owners are so gracious and friendly. Pricey but so worth it. If you like first class this is the place. Lots of private acerage with only 20 or so camp sites. Very beautiful and quiet. Highly recommend.

Overall, our stay was excellent. Quiet with great views. The on-site Ranch Foreman (manager) was very welcoming and very helpful. We used the pavilion for a family cookout. It was clean with a grill and tables/chairs provided. For cold weather there is also an outdoor fireplace and a fire pit. The sites are paved and well maintained. And, each site has a gas fire pit. They also provide daily trash pickup.
