We have been coming here since we purchased our 1966 airstream caravel and the place has been our favorite campground since. The spots are very clean and it still has the camping feeling to the park ( unlike the parking lot feel of most RV parks ). The bath house is clean and well kept. The staff is always very... More

The Camp site was great. It was nice and quite, except for the Skunk that came around one night... I swear that thing was giggling... Dump station was out of service but we were tent camping. They had a tenters sink so we could wash up our dishes. Had a nice little store. If your looking for a nice place... More

The Good: Campsite had an excellent location in nice surroundings. The camp staff were very friendly and I expect that on a normal weekend this would have been a very nice place to stay. The Bad: We stayed tent camping at Bonito Hollow over Memorial Day weekend; as soon as we arrived I was disappointed to see that our site,... More

We have camped at Bonito Hollow Campground for years and years. Our adult kids went there when they were kids. Now the grandkids are becoming regulars! We went there just today (Saturday, June 30) and were amazed at what we saw. Yes, the cabins and permanent structures are gone, but the trees surrounding and inside the camp grounds are still... We camped at Bonito Hollow two years in a row, and would have been camping there twice this year (May and August 2012)if not for the fire that they endured June 2012, and that our dog had knee surgery so we had to cancel our May 2012 trip. Gary and JoAnn are awesome hosts, and wonderful people. The campground is... More

The staff were all very friendly. We pretty much had the whole camp ground to ourselves. Since we got there on Sunday afternoon. I highly recommend the area for a relaxing get away.
