It is the place really gives you calm mund and treatment . I choosen this place fir reducing my tummy (slimming). Great experience . Therapists are very much experiencd and good charters . Seems little costly but good for health
Aayukshetram is not for all. It is meant for introspective guests. I was in awe I must say. My 30 days of treatments were an amazing self aware experience of its own. The place is just pure serene.

I attended the retreat for the 28 day slimming program early 2013.
To include: 2x treatments per day, 3x meals per day, medication and accommodation.
Overall i was unsatisfied with the program for many reasons and left after 2 weeks.

This is very different from the huge number of hotels with aurveda massages in Kerala. It is a really piecfull place with the doctor on spot and very profeccional therapists. They do their most to make you feel better. Packages include two treatments per day...More
I have lived at this location and it is one of the best ayurvedic retreats I have experienced in india. Very very quite and spiritual place for contemplative individuals only, place to find your sould and find your voice while healing yourself. A++
