I booked this home stay through clear trip. Owner of the home stay is very rude person. He cheats tourists. When I reached there he told us that there is no booking in this home stay. When I saw him clear trip booking voucher and argued he shifted us other hotel. He told us that hotel is also his property....

No eminities or food arrangement inside!! breakfast or food arrangement was done 3 kms away from home stay. Not a good experience!!

Located in a street a little out of the town centre, this homestay is a good basis for visiting Peryar National Park. Rooms are big enough and have a balcony but bathroom and linnen were a little shabby. Wifi available on the balcony, not in the room. Mr. Babu is a very helpful host and we took a cooking class...

The hotel itself was in a good location and well presented. The rooms were clean, with comfortable beds - clean bedsheets, with towels, soap and toilet roll provided. Outside every room you had seats to enjoy the balcony - which were frequented by monkeys, so do not leave anything outside of you room unattended! And don't leave the doors open...

Stayed here on an intrepid tour. Lovely little hideaway near the centre of town. Close to many shops and restaurants. The hotel itself probably isn't best for breakfast and lunch. However there are plenty of options a stone's throw away. Many tourists will appreciate the popular cafe Grandma's across the road and the Dosa cafe not far (complimented by many...

Stayed here with a geckos your for two nights. Periyar itself is a bit boring. There's not a whole lot to do or see - given that Periyar Reserve is a bit of a cop out. Really small chance of seeing any wildlife. El Paradiso was fine. The room was clean. But the bathroom wasn't great. The light didn't work...

The homestay as such is very well maintained and the rooms are well organized, neat and spacious. The owner/proprietor of the homestay was very friendly...

We stayed 2 nights at El Paradiso. The room was comfortable with a reasonable bathroom. What was really nice was the balcony outside the room. It's close to everything in Thekkady and also to Periyar National Park which is why we were there. We didn't eat breakfast there although it is available as some really nice cafes close by.
