This was a lovely two day stay in a comfortable and historic home. The location, close to the ferry was convenient for Cochin Fort and the tourist attractions. Comfortable bedrooms were quiet and Neema's breakfast gave us a real taste of Kerala cooking : try an evening meal too!

Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, aircon and wifi. Very friendly, welcoming family and interesting history to the building. Fun being on the other side of the water to fort Cochin as taking the ferry is a bit of entertainment. Overall Great!

How nice to get away from UK commercial Christmas and how lucky to find ourselves here in real India. Our hosts are lovely and couldn't be more helpful and welcoming. The house is beautiful and stands out as a beacon of order and calm and the timber floors of polished rosewood and the quality architecture are quite something. Neema's cooking...

Neema was very helpful in helping us organise our New Year's Eve. Loved the quaint house and peace of Vypeen Island and the ferry ride to Fort Kochi. Food is great. Neema's recommendations for our trip were really helpful.

A great homestay experience. We enjoyed chatting to Neema and meeting her family. Her breakfast is good and filling. Love the scenic ride by ferry to Fort Kochi. Vypeen Island is very peaceful and the ancestral house is lovingly maintained.

If you are coming to Fort Kochi area stop searching and book now. This homestay is in a beautiful historic home that could very well double as a Museum. It has every amenity you could ask for: plenty of AC, a fancy shower, delicious food, great wifi and the most friendly family. The home is in Vypin - just across...

We had a wonderful time staying at the Bungalow. Neema was very friendly and super organized. She prepared delicious meals for us and even gave us a cooking lesson! The house is very nice with clean bathrooms and air conditioning. Neema can answer all of your questions about what to do in town, how to get there, etc. great stay!

Our first stop in Kerala will be hard to beat. Neema's hospitality is matched only by her delicious Keralan home cooking. The house is historic and beautifully appointed, in a peaceful setting just 2 minutes from the ferry to Fort Cochin. Highly recommended!

We loved our 3-night stay with Neema who went above and beyond from greeting us at 4am to helping us navigate travel plans to our next destination. The breakfasts were amazing and I really enjoyed the cooking class where she demystified Kerala cooking - it's all about the coconuts!! A beautiful home stay that we'd highly recommend!
