We stayed at Walton's Homestay for two nights at the end of an 18 day tour of south west India. We could not have chosen a better place to end our holiday. Walton's is perfect in every way. Located in the heart of Fort Kochi, yet very quiet and peaceful. The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. A...

This is the loveliest possible homestay in Kochi - tradition at its best: family-run, extremely clean, incredibly quiet considering you are in the nexus of Fort Kochi, with either AC or non AC rooms, very good wifi in a welcoming and comfy open patio, and with wonderful Mr Walton who will see to your every need in no time and...

We were very happy to have chosen Walton's place. It's in an excellent location. A few steps away from all main attractions in Fort Cochin. There is a lovely garden, which we didn't have enough time to enjoy as much as we wanted. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The communal breakfast is great to meet people in the morning....

Great location at the very heart of Fort Kochi - couldn't be better. Our room was tidy, clean and very good value for money. Breakfast was hearty and delicious. Our host was hospitable and very committed to ensuring the wellbeing of his guests. Would stay there again. Highly recommend it!

Mr. Walton's homestay on Princess Street in the heart of touristy Fort Kochi is a bargain for the space and hospitality you receive. We were in Kochi when demonetization hit the country and Mr. Walton was kind, ensuring we suffered the least amount of hassle. The room was basic but sparkling. Ditto for the breakfast. Simple but plentiful. Mr. Walton...

If one wants to learn how a hospitality venture is managed, operated or maintained, he should meet Mr Christofer Walton and request him to train☺ His humbleness is overwhelming. If you are planning Kochi.... must stay there. Believe on my words, you will not be disappointed

Mr Walton is a wonderful character and we loved our conversation with him , in his studio surrounded by the most interesting book collection. The rooms are neat and clean and beautifully presented , sitting around a lovely, green garden with Mrs Waltons orchids . Walton's attracts very interesting guests and we had lovely conversation around the breakfast table ....

Good communication with the inn keeper, Mr Walton, from initial enquiries to finalising booking. Very flexible in finding space when we altered the dates slightly on our booking. Rooms very clean with plenty of hot water, fresh towels and linen and soap. Helpful welcoming owners, with simple yet perfectly adequate breakfast. Fresh fruit grown in back garden. Interesting mix of...

We stayed two nights. Mr Walton went above and beyond in helping us manage the shortage of rupees and organising a great (and inexpensive) small boat backwater trip en route to our next destination. We had a ground floor room fronting the garden which was very comfortable. The location is brilliant being close to the fishing nets and in the...
