Staff at hotel were very helpful they were ready to provide anything requested. In room service were wonderful food we ordered in room was very testy and nicely presented. We booked hotel with one double bed but when we arrived our room was with two single beds we asked for another room with one large and without any argument they gave us lovely room. I wii definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Bangalore thanks 🙏

The rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff's service is excellent. Housekeeping is doing an extremely efficient job. Buffet breakfast is scrumptious and filling. They have a change in the menu everyday which does not make it seem repetitive. Only that the buffet rates for lunch and dinner or rates for food should be a little more economic.
Keep up the good work. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy the town life in Bangalore.

Me and my wife had a terrible experience from this property on 15th july…we reached the property at 11:30, we were super tired after a long drive from kerala, literally 10 hours drive on single stretch. The receptionist were polite and gentle and the allocated room was 419 on the fourth floor. The room size was really small than described, when I entered to the toilet there was no shower towel, shower kit, and dental kit…later we realised the AC was not working..its been 30 minutes since i called the reception for sorting this issue ,Cant believe this is a 4star property…never come this side by mistake

Presently staying in this property at Room 305, this place is undergoing some serious changes, they have shifted the main reception to the back of the building and facilities in the Hotel is very limited.
Even most of the Items in the Menu Card are not available. Continental and Tandoor items are not available. At present, they are even not providing - Laundry Services.
Though, we have booked this place for 3 nights, now having second thoughts about it.
Can not say much, about the housekeeping and other services. Things will be more clear by tomorrow afternoon.

Breakfast was good but hotel a bit expensive. As a whole good for family. The staff were helpful but on check out the person at the reception didn't even look up. So unprofessional so all the good vibes were missing. They need to improve the staff attitude a bit. Not all but some.

Very good experience. House keeping and front office staff very helpful and friendly. Nice big rooms with good ambience. Bathroom very clean. The hotel needs to supply hand towels along with bath towels.

I stayed at Monarch Luxur in March 2024. This is an old hotel but it is clean. The rooms are outdated, and the bathrooms need a revamp. Breakfast was basic and traditional Indian, with not many options for someone who would not want to eat Indian food for breakfast.

Very convenient location at Brigade Road. Many Pubs and restaurants are in walking distance. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Staffs are gentle. Complimentary Breakfast is simple but good. They even packed breakfast for us at 4 am in the morning because we had a early Flight to catch. Overall good experience.

Housekeeping services doesn't clean the dirt below bed. It keeps the room dusty.
