Thanks to the hospitality, great service and wonderful food, we really felt like home away from home. The room was spacious, clean and light. There always was enough bottled water as well. The food choices in the buffet were numerous and of good quality. As a Belgian vegetarian I'm not used to having this many options. Even outside restaurant hours we could always have something in the bar: a drink, a quick snack or even a full meal. Another bonus: there's a small shopping mall with a Spar grocery store right across the street. I felt safe and very well cared for. Thank you!

In my last travel to Bangalore, I stayed the first time at the Sheraton. Checkin was pleasant and friendly and room is well equipped and very clean. Next morning I was not feeling well and contacted front desk for help. The staff, namely Madhu Paswan, was extremely helpful, organised breakfast in my room and organised a covid test, which was unfortunately positive. From then on she took care and organised everything needed, so that I could stay isolated in my room during the quarantine period. Even a doctors call and pickup of medicine was organised and subsequent travel arrangements were done. Unfortunately I cannot say something about the other Hotel facilities cause of the quarantine. I can only recommend the hotel, as such a service, in case you are not a standard traveller, helps you to get thru difficult situations.…

Good services and humble staff made it a worthwhile visit. The staff is quick to respond to requests and really enjoyed the stay. Food was really good with a lot of variety. Pretty expensive but their services match the pricing.

My Experience was an epic.. I have enjoyed each and every day in the hotel.. Super clean.. Welcoming.. And pretty / calm environment . So overwhelmed with the welcoming and clean rooms. The staff is amazing.. Please ask for The duty manager there her name is Madhu.. She is such a nice and supportive lady. Overall, I really liked everything there but wanted to find more fun activities to do in the hotel..i hope the administration will work on this to make the guest have a full experience without going out from the hotel. My experience at the property is beyond words. I did not feel like I was visiting a hotel. It felt like home, The cordiality and hospitability of the staff is a prime example of the rich service industry in our country. I find it necessary to extend my gratitude and thanks to all the wonderful people at the property. I would like to mention a few names in this regard - Rahul Raman, Upekshya, Arpita, Sukanta, Sumit, Hari, Uppam, Nilesh, Sounder of the multicuisine restaurant FEAST, Ali of the front desk, Puja Biswas of room service, Nicky and Viru of housekeeping, Swapna of travel desk. My special thanks to Subhojit Kundu, Duty manager of the front desk and Chef Shiraz Khan. They have left no stone unturned to serve my family.
