Compared to the hotel tariffs in Bengaluru, Vividus offers a pretty decent experience at a pretty decent price. The hotel is centrally located and easily accessible. The front desk staff gave a polite and efficient service. The housekeeping standards were good and the arrangements for the third cot in the room was done efficiently. The toilet is well appointed with good quality toiletries . The beds and pillows are very comfortable -they offer choice of pillows to suit your needs. We had an early check out -so had only a quick sample of the breakfast spread- looked and tasted good enough . All together a decent hotel which will not disappoint you,

have been regularly eating breakfast at the hotel. Ambience neat and clean. Staff courteous. Food good. But serving needs improvement. For example: keeping a small pouch of sauce with omelette, ensuring butter for toast is more softer, coffee is served in mug with handle, and the like.

Omelette with bread is priced reasonable. But simple coffee in mug costing Rs.200/- in Bengaluru is bit too high. Sure that F & B manager is focusing on cost aspects for menu.

With greetings to staff who served with a smile. Regards. RAMASWAMY T S. 9483548514

I have been regular to this property during my business visit to Bengaluru . In fact its been my place for the last 3 visits and have actually clocked 10 days at least at this place.

Although the location is jammed but its ideal as it is closer to the Junction to catch the shatabdi early morning or to reach the other locations close by to Bengaluru. I do find sometimes the folks in the check in blow hot and cold as once they seemed to have missed my booking. Always avoid Mini V as the rooms are smaller and pick the next one which is well lit spacious. Its recently redone and hence the rooms and washrooms are clean and maintained well.

The beds are fine with options of pillow which is wonderful and also the showers areas are huge just that the fittings are average with leakages coming in soon. The TV in the room is huge and the options of channels are minimal. The Buffet spread is decent with options of sit down also which is appreciable. Do note there is no Gym and Pool which has been under construction for long. However recently i did understand that they have tied up with Gold Gym close by for the in house guest.

Improvements :
1. People - This is most important in a hospitality industry and they blow hot & cold here, few folks are good and few folks are just about rude. Also if you call for any service the turn around time is a concern.
2.In Room dining : well the options are there but its too expensive for the place.
3. Lack of gym in the premises
4. TV Channels : far too lesser to be desired.

It was so difficult to choose a hotel in Bangalore when we didnt know the city
We chose Vividus due to value for money and location.
It is a good quality hotel and the staff are all very polite.
We had an executive room with views overlooking the race course which was lovely. Very comfortable beds, effective air con, and everything you would expect.
The downside is that I think it is more suited to business stays as there are no social spaces apart from the restaurant which although is very nice, does not have the ambience to rest and relax over a drink.

I’ve tried this on my trip to Bangalore for overnight stay enroute Hyderabad. During the COVID time the upkeep and sanitisation efforts are good and worth mentioning. They’ve taken good care including sanitising the luggage. The hotel has excellent interiors and well laid out room interiors which have the wow factor. The food is amazing and sumptuous not to forget the extremely courteous n polite staff. I’d recommend this hotel any day as this is close to the city center and is a good value for money

I regret to say that our stay at Vividus Hotel in Bangalore was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite booking for two nights, we were overcharged a staggering €260 after already paying the total amount. The reception staff seemed utterly clueless about the overcharge, forcing us to repeatedly present our bank statements for them to even consider investigating. It took them over an hour to realize that the extra charge was a security deposit taken without any prior notice or warning. As a result, we were stranded at the reception until midnight, despite having an early morning flight at 6 am. This experience was extremely frustrating and tarnished our entire stay.

I'd stayed here for my isolation period during the pandemic and the staff were in constant touch, checking on my health and wellbeing. Everybody is incredibly helpful, special mention to the manager of the property Sachin for looking after his guests well. The rooms are also very comfortable. Great facilities, great food with
hospitable and welcoming staff.

From the security to the front desk to maintenance, expect service with a smile. The location is perfect for those wanting to stay in the heart of bangalore city. There is ample parking as well as a valet service to make life easier. A special thanks to Mr. Das from front desk for accommodating us at such an unearthly hour. We chose a superior category room since we were travelling with a kid and the space on offer did not disappoint. Everything was looked after well and a special thank you to the restaurant staff for their impeccable service. The Vividus in bangalore will be my preferred choice for stay when next in Bangalore.

Stayed for 3 Nights
Pros:
1. The only positive aspect of this property is Location, near to Racecourse and easy transport availability to the city center.
2. Food is passable, nothing to drool about
3. Service - Again nothing extraordinary

Cons:
Rooms - The biggest drawback, at least the one allotted to us. We booked Superior Double Room (doubt what was anything Superior about except the size). There were no windows and no option to get day light (as there is a building next to the "window".)
Felt claustrophobic from the time of check-in.

Lot of better alternatives available nearby but since we booked online did not get to understand what it is really like.
