We have learned a lot about Ladakh and were excited to experience the beautiful mountains and nature’s beauty. We, a group of 6 friends, had visited Ladakh in June 2019 and stayed at this hotel during our 10 days long trip. The rooms were spacious and cozy with a great view from the balcony. The food in the restaurant is exceptionally good with a decent service and gorgeous buffet spread. The hotel staff take care of the most important thing of advisory on mountain sickness. They have adequate in house measures to take care of altitude sickness. All the staff are pleasant and greet you with a smile and available on a single call at anytime. And this hotel is very near to the old and new markets (10 minutes walk) but far enough away to be very peaceful and quiet. Mr Rakesh sharma, The Manager of this hotel had planned our whole Ladakh trip for 10 days without any hassles, made proper arrangements for sightseeing, stays and transportation services (Bikes) to Bara-lacha La, Khardung La, Nubra valley, Chang La and Pangong lake very well. He has also arranged for all the required Inner Line Permits (ILP). The best thing was the flexibility available in the plan for we could customize it, in between the trip also. The Driver provided, Mr Jitendra, was outstanding professional to manage through narrow, snowed, sleet and slippery roads on high altitude during our journey from Chandigarh to Leh by car. Overall truly a home away from home.Thank you Rakesh Ji and his team for everything, who helped us carry back great memories. certainly the best days of our lives! :)

I stayed here as solo traveler. I felt very safe. Staff is awesome, very helpful, they make sure guests are good with high altitude change and will help, instruct and follow up for health conditions. Very scenic view from hotel. They have small garden in front of hotel where you can enjoy your tea/coffee. In the night you can watch stars in the sky. You can view mountains with snow in the morning and in the night view Shanti Stupa. Expirence peace and winf having coffee. Not but least, food.. teasty food. I missed that food all over my journey to Nubra, Pangog and Tsomoriri. Thanks Rakesh, Ajay, Pavan to make my stay comfortable as well as memorial. I hope, I will visit this place soon...

We were six friends visited Leh and stayed in this hotel for one week in June 2019, I must appreciate the management at the hotel (Mr Rakesh Sharma) and the service provided by the staff. Restaurant food was good but with little less spicy (my expectation level of spice is too much, must be okay for many). Few of us had AMS and staff helped us with some home remedies as well. Rooms were decent with wooden furniture and spacious. There are a lot of places near by this hotel, It is like 5-10 minutes walk from hotel to main Market and Tibetan market where we can get the necessary things for the trip and gifts back to home. Shanti Stupa was also like around 2km far from this place should be a ride(bike/car) for 5-10 minutes. Overall it was very great experience staying here, you can even reach out to Rakesh Sharma in case needed help getting bikes for rent or event travel arrangement for the whole trip as well.
