I am Dr Sidharth and we stayed with my family at ITC Grand Bharat on 12-14th may 2022. I am a itc member and this was our 7th visit to Grand bharat. I would like to mention the feedback of the stay and worthy names who made our stay comfortable- manager- Ms Mani and the front office team including Ms Mandakini, Asen who all arranged a suprise memento and decoration of my room . I had come with my family to celebrate my completion of my MD Medicine degree and selection into DM Neurology at Aiims, Delhi. They were hospitable to greet us and make this stay memorable. This was our 7th visit to this property and each time we come there is always something to take back Nd the experience just gets better and better. The ambience of the property is enhanced by the hospitality of the itc staff and Ms Mani had always led this from the front and made sure that whenever we come, our stay is comfortable. Her dedication and hospitality to guests like us even when the property is full is commendable. The property is further cherished due to the quality of the food and the taste. Special mention to chef kabil who has always given us variety of cuisines to sparkle our taste buds. Food gives ultimate happiness and chef kabil has left no stone unturned. He is so quick to serve whatever dish you want in your modifications which is worth mention. Along with him, chef Deepankar gave a good hospitality and added his flavours which was really amazing. Chef kasilingam was too quick to serve us crispy Vada for the breakfast and his preparation were tasty. We wish to plan a visit soon to experience this luxury…

The meals reminded me of our choice of food which we go to few very exclusive selected places at Mumbai. Mr Hritik Dwivedi, intern student was the perfect Host who made us an proper & perfect property tour round the entire property. He is the right guide with good knowledge about property. We really enjoyed being at property whole the time with having complete relax time & having good walk at the property round around We would like to also thank for all the hospitality offered from Front Desk for considering our Request & all his replies as & when needed. This was a family visit. First a big thanks to ITC for honoring doctors.our stay was amazing with the hospitality of Ms. Mani who took complete care for cosy stay and every staff of her team..vacation is successful only if tummy is happy, for that all credit goes to chef Kabil who prepared our favorite chetrinad chicken with authentic taste..can't find the taste anywhere else.. to mention chef kasilingam, Dhibankar.. Sanitised cleaning by house keeping staffs..completely rejuvenated after the stay..one can enjoy the royal feeling at ITC Grand Bharat...

So, we visited this property in January on our anniversary. The place stands true to its name. GRAND. The rooms are well equipped with separate living area and large bathrooms. Lots of open spaces in the property for kids to run around. The only negative thing was having our meals in the dining room which resembled a banquet hall. We literally thought we were having our breakfast and dinner in a banquet which is not at all reminiscent of a hotel of this quality(based on the price of rooms). Rest the stay was good.

Peacock Bar is excellent, Sandeep at the bar mixes up great cocktails. A must visit if you’re in Delhi or Gurgaon. The place is Uber luxurious, it’s the bar set inside the Grand Bharat Hotel by ITC. The staff is courteous, and the interiors are super relaxing.
