I had booked the Taj Luxury suite for a day to celebrate my friend's bachelorette. The staff at Taj went above and beyond to ensure that all our requirements were met. Super thanks to Ms. Tina who patiently addressed all our queries and ensured that the checkin was super smooth for everyone. The rooms were sanitized extensively, the staff helped with extra glasses and bowls when required. Although we missed out on the Taj Club lounge facilities due to the pandemic, the superior in room dining service made up for it. This would not have been possible without Mr. Ganesh's incredible courtesy and attention to detail. He personally ensured that our stay is as comfortable as possible. We cannot wait for the next opportunity to stay with Taj to experience their superior hospitality.

I stayed at the Taj City Centre for 2 nights en route back to Canada. I was made to feel welcome the moment I entered the hotel, and spent a relaxed 2 days enjoying the delicious food, delightful spa treatments and comfort of my room. The hotel is tastefully decorated, spacious and bright and very clean. All staff was friendly, courteous, professional and helpful. The buffets at Culina 44 offered a plethora of choices with a fusion of Asian and some Western dishes. My meal at the Thai Pavilion was very enjoyable thanks to the chefs and to service staff - Sandeep and Annapurna (I am sorry I forget her name). At Culina 44 Harshit made a special dessert and took the time to explain the history of it to me. Piyush provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met at the spa and during pool time. I had 3 spa treatments with Yimtsuda, which were thoroughly appreciated, lovely and relaxing. Jitender gave me one of the best haircuts ever. It was so well done that even after 40 hours of international travel I arrived looking fabulous :) And Kuldeep in housekeeping took great care in ensuring I had all I needed in my room. The spa, restaurant and reception staff's professionalism and care were of the highest quality of service. The live flute performance in the lobby in the evening was much appreciated. When staff was informed that I had an early morning checkout and was not going to be able to enjoy the breakfast buffet included with my stay - they packed me an incredible breakfast to go! It was the perfect way to end my journey in India - and I look forward to doing so next time too! Thank you to everyone who may my stay such a wonderful experience.

This is the second time I am staying at this hotel and I had wanted to write a review the first time as well but I never got down to it so I’ll add that in here. The first time I was there after a surgery and want to just add that the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was such a major relief aside from which the housekeeping staff is special. The housekeeping manager then and an housekeeping staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They even organised a spa bath in my room and left additional amenities to help me relax and I was most grateful. This time I went with my littler terrier and it’s such a great thing that they allow pets! Mine can’t live without me and travels with me everywhere and so the fact that I could bring her here was absolutely fantastic. Again the housekeeping was amazing , the gentleman handling my room went by the name of Mr. Rajan and he left Lola ( my dog ) a little bed in the room and a handwritten note which was very thoughtful. Overall a good hotel , even in the times they’ve managed to provide proper services with every measure taken to ensure guests have a safe stay. Thank you team! Only advice - food could be better !
