What I liked about this hotel (vs other options): 1. Location is great. It is on the main road but not noisy even though my room was road facing. The ones facing behind are even better. It is 5 mins walk to a metro station which is a plus for anyone wanting to stay in Gurugram and visit Delhi proper
2. Room service is so reasonably priced that you would not want to step out for other meal options.
3. Room temperature can be self controlled so one can adjust own room as per requirement (unlike some hotels where it is a fixed setting)
4. Staff service (I recollect Munna, Kailash at breakfast and the Reception Manager)
What is average: 1. Breakfast spread is okay. Not too lavish but decent for a full breakfast and quality is better than some 5 star hotels
2. Pillows are great and fluffy but the mattress could be more comfortable.
What to watch for: 1. Not a negative but since they are an eco friendly hotel the aircon is off when not in room. So when you return back to the room give it 5-10 mins for the aircon to improve the room air inside. One way might be to switch on room aircon and then finish pending business in reception area before going back to room.
2. Also the room Alexa doesn't work as efficiently but that's hardly an issue. Just good to know that's all

To start with I have been to Ahuja Residency's aparthotels in Pune, AR Suites Jewel Royale, Mundhwa and AR Suites Fontana Bay, Kalyani Nagar. Of which I found AR Suites Jewel Royale one of the best properties I have stayed at. But let me admit this AIR by Ahuja Residency is the best economical 4 Star Hotels with 5 Star facilities i ever stayed at. It's beautiful from the moment you enter the property. It really has a welcoming decor. Superb exteriors and great interiors as well. Adding glory to this building is IGBC Rating. I don't know how many hotels r approved like such. The outside elevation is unique and beautiful. It's near Sikanderpur Metro station and can be easily visible from the highway. The interiors r very beautiful and pleasing to the eyes and it starts from the lobby and reception area. I booked a Deluxe Room for myself. The room is Alexa enabled with controls available from the bed. Lights and motorized blinds which r Alexa enabled made ur life more easy and convenient. The room also has a nice bathroom, a Flat Smart TV, Mini Refrigerator, hair dryer and different types of charging cords. They have an inhouse restaurant called Breeze, food is good and economical. They have a welcoming beautiful decor in the passage and lift area. I believe the whole hotel is a non smoking đźš property as they r committed to clean and green environment. Great initiative. But there are some points which if you can close ur eyes at can be bearable. I didn't find the staffs at reception that welcoming. They were in there own world and thought Lil rude with the people. My experience was also not that great as I expect a smile on their face which was missing completely. There was no clear guidance about the hotel and facilities u can avail with. Wifi was not working properly, maybe on that day there were some problem. There were very limited channels available on cable and because of no Wifi, I was unable to connect the TV for OTT contents or internet. So for these points i deducted 1 star otherwise it's a 5 Star rating from my end. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and surely next time I will explore more with other rooms available.

What a gem! This hotel stands out! Thank you fellow travellers for your reviews, we read all the comments and we chose to book our stay, and we were not disappointed! We want to shout out, this is a great place to stay, for any kind of visit. Very central and connected with metro. We had a cab for a whole day, every day as we were pushed for time. Great service. Great service all around, lovely decor, great ambience, lovely outdoor space within the hotel. Food made fresh as you order, nothing is too much. All staff very diligent and friendly, from the Front Desk to the restaurant, all very happy to help.
Kaileash and Amit are only very few names that we remember, they were very helpful in the restaurant. We didn’t take all the names, but without exception, all staff were making sure that our stay was comfortable and our needs were met.
Ok, Alexa didn’t work, mattresses were bit soft, TV not too many channels to watch, but had it bothered us we would had called for service to fix it. It didn’t spoil our stay. We had two rooms facing the road, I don’t know how the hotel was built, no traffic noise was felt at all. We will definitely stay next time we are in New Delhi, Gurugram.

Went with the family to have dinner at Cafe Breeze and thoroughly enjoyed The waterfall view from the dinning area is relaxing, service is good and the food is tasty. The chicken tikka is soft and succulent and is a must try.
The best part of this property is the emphasis on keeping a healthy air quality and welcoming staff.
Mr. Nitin Ahuja the manager gives a personal touch to make the visit memorable.

Excellent, hospitable staff, knowledgeable and friendly. Good rooms with all amenities, appreciated the hot water for showers (some hotels have tepid warm water) and cleanliness of rooms. Enjoyed the use of the gym, breakfast and calm lounge space. Staff was helpful and efficient in arranging cabs for me for appointments. Would recommend it highly. Only request - those motorized curtains prevent any natural light into the room as there is a building right outside the window. Fabric curtains would have been much better.

Bang on the main road, the hotel is well spaced and design to give you an uptown modern facility experience with subtle class and taste. The latest technology all across the premises give you an upgrade from the usual hotel experience.
The sustainable and conscious decisions by hotel in keeping the hotel eco friendly are visible at carious spots.
The staff is helpful and well trained right from the booking support till the checkout where I requested packed breakfast in early morning hours which was delivered fresh and with all courtesy.

A group of 5, we stayed here for one night whilst travelling through Delhi on the way to Agra to visit the Taj Mahal. We arrived here quite late in the evening and once we had checked in ordered some food as we were pleased to see they would still serve us despite it being late. The food was basic but fine and good value for money. The hotel was clean, modern and the rooms were well appointed. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

We hosted 80 people of family and friends for our sons wedding at this hotel The arrangements for two nights were excellent. The buffet breakfast, lunch and all other arrangements for our wedding functions were excellent. This is a very nice, modern hotel with various features of rooms functional through Alexa. Our guests were extremely happy with the arrangements and the air quality they maintain inside the hotel. The basement banquet housed 115 people for our Haldi function. Yes we would love to go back to their extemely courteous staff and Management team who made our event so memorable and special.

The hotel is first rate with respect to being an oasis from the surrounding city. The staff are courteous, helpful and friendly. The entire hotel is environmentally responsible, LEED certified, and attentive to air and water quality. The restaurant is very good. The rooms are nicely configured, designed and beds very comfortable. I would definitely recommend.
