We were a family of 4 adults and 2 children and booked ourselves in the so called tent accomodation at the Mango Safari Camp only to learn after a night in the tent that the whole arrangement was illegal and the cops had visited the site and asked for the camp to be shut immediately. Much to my dismay they...

Went to enjoy the Gir forest safari and camping in tent...it was a different experience.food was not so good.services were ok.There was no transportation facilities.campfire was an exception.Surrounding area was nice ...especially sun set point..

The resort was below par. Very poor housekeeping. Food was extremely bad. Nobody seemed to be bothered. Waste of money staying in this resort. The resort staff was giving more importance to some VIPs in our stay and forgot that there were other tourists from far away places staying in the resort. We were asked to wait for our dinner...

Very PATHETIC service. WASTE of all money and you can waste the vacation by fighting with them for every thing. Everybody at the hotel had some of the copmlaint and the Management is very Bad. You can experience the Bad service from gatekeeper to reception to house keeping.

Though the infrastructure is good, THE SERVICE IS INCREDIBLY PATHETIC. The management only nod their heads when you go to them with your grievances and do nothing eventually. The 15 minutes I was at their reception, they had 4 families with varied complaints from serving bad food to no hot water to no tea, to missing out on organising safari...

We went to Mango Safari during November end, a Deepawali holidays. But it was not that made the experience bad, it was the fact that during reservations not a single time we were told that they were denied license near Gir Forest, and that they were moving to a location 15 km outside the Gir and that they were not...
