Great staff running this place, quiet even on a main road. Very clean, fairly level spots. Very very helpful and attentive staff, could not be better. Only complaint is WIFI, completely unusable even for simple email. Like most parks, Wifi is an added treat, but in today's world, it is a necessity. I think adding a paid service for something...

This place was great! Very clean, and the staff was awesome. They even loaned us 6 sleds with wax to hit white sands national park with. When we got there they gave us a ton of info for the area. There is a busy road, but not too bad. I bet this place is fun in the summer as they...

There isn't a lot to do at Boot Hill but the sites are level and well kept so it makes for a great base for exploring the area. Hot water pressure in shower a little bad during our stay but usable. We were able to just drop the camp and go since the sites are so level. Everyone (staff) is...

We were here for one night on our way from White Sands back to Albuquerque. The resort was nothing great and a little pricey for the value provided. The teenager in the office seemed pretty bored and just went through the motions. she couldn't answer any of our questions about the area. The RV site was adequate with good hookups....

Thank you for your review. I do apologize for our teenager who is in training. She is working on her people skills. Unfortunately, our free wifi does not seem to be able to interface well with phones and tablets, just with computers. We will see if we can get this issue fixed.

Our family of 5 plus puppy stayed here one night while we visited White Sands National monument. Spacious, super clean, quiet, graveled sites. Friendly management that escorted us to our site and even helped my hubby with an unhitching issue. Love the dog park and the walking trail. I personally did not use amenities but my husband said they were...

My only two minor disappointments were the shower area was hotter than heck and since we arrived late it was dark out but there was very little lighting to find and get to restroom. Other than that the owners were helpful and kind. The place was super clean and grounds well kept.

We appreciate your taking the time to review your stay with us. We have been experiencing higher than normal temperatures. We were turning the A/C off at night to conserve energy, however, we will now keep it running throughout the night to keep the area cool. We are reviewing better lighting placement as well.

We rented a small cabin from this establishment. It was very pleasing to look at but very cheaply made. The cabin had one very small air conditioner. Much too small for the unit. They did not turnoff the a/c until a few minutes before we got there. So, we had several LOAD fans and the LOAD window unit. We could...

We are very sorry you did not have a good experience with us. We wish you would have let us know all of this while you were here, and we could have made your stay more pleasant. We were experiencing abnormally high temperatures during your stay. However, we appreciate your comments, and have added a new A/C window unit in...

This is a basic RV park just on the north side of Alamogordo. Gravel and dirt throughout. Nice spacious sites, full hookups, very weak Wi-Fi, laundry and small exercise room. While we were there we had a period of strong winds which I gather is not unusual for Alamogordo. Resulted in lots of blowing dust. The staff was very nice...

We think this is a wonderful place to camp and have a great gift shop. It's close to White Sands Proving Grounds. And its nice to visit the beauty of the surrounding area. We also have some family and friends in the area to be with.

Boot Hill RV Resort was a great place to stay while hiking at White Sands and Lincoln National Forest. It was quiet and clean, the sites are large and well arranged. The bathrooms and showers are immaculate and comfortably appointed. We spent three nights here with our dog. The owners even graciously "took a chance" on allowing our Obedience Trained...
