Good Hospitality, Courteous Staff, Centric Location but lacks in Food and Beverages as very expensive with limited varieties. Also need maintanence to the rooms door and bathroom locks. No Credit card accepted only cash. Parking facility is available.

The best part of the hotel is its location ideal for a family stay. Rooms are neat and tidy but need maintainence. There should be urgent change on the all the door locks. Room service was fine but Restaurant service is pathetic. Food items rates are too expensive for a budget hotel customers. There is no credit/debit card payment facility. Got space for car parking but no service for carwash even though I agree to pay for it.

When It COmes to a review of the property, it is based on Product and Service Quality. Product wise the property will easily score 90%+. You Can Sense a proper planning by Mngt...But When it COmes to service, the word "Pathetic" isnt even enuff. Most of their employees dont understand english and hindi. Mngt should consider that their employees should atleast know national and international language. The Hotel Doesnt have a restaurant and room service [ although they do publicity in their website abt the same]. My Booking was under CP, but didnt get breakfast even a single day. for dinner i ordered 1 portion Butter Chicken..the Employee didnt understand at all and got 2 portions of Chicken 65....You can well understand the condition of their employees...at time of Check-Out..i found the night shift employee was sleeping...and i had to wait for 15-20 mins before the General Manager himself turned on and completed the formality.....Mngt should immediatley consider these views to improve the property
