This was a family stay; 7 adults and 4 children. Everyone had a great time; the resort offered something for everyone. We stayed at this resort about four months ago and, if you read my previous post, you'll see that I was quite critical of this resort. This stay was so much better; the resort made so many changes since our last stay that it's hard to believe it's the same place. Front desk interactions were so much better than last time. For example, I did have an issue with my key during this stay, but the Front Desk response was night and day different than our last visit; they offered to send an associate with me to make sure the key worked without question this time. The biggest improvement I experienced was with the Food and Beverage operation. We used the restaurant for breakfast, the lobby and pool bars for drinks and the oceanfront bar/restaurant for lunch and drinks. Service was quite attentive-even along the beach-and the food was quite good, so were the drinks, of all types, that everyone ordered and ordered and ordered. If you've read other reviews, you may have noticed the road leading to the resort leaves a lot to be desired, so I won't repeat what other reviews have already said. All-in-all, our family had three rooms for two nights and two rooms for one night. I feel the resort and the amenities (did I mention the game room and outdoor jungle gym?) offered exceptional value for the money. Based on this stay, I would not hesitate to recommend Indura Beach and Golf Resort to anyone looking for a resort experience in Honduras or Central America in general. Cleanliness has always been good at this resort and continues to good. When checking out the Front Desk asked about our satisfaction during this visit and acknowledged the review I wrote after our last stay. They apologized for the service failures during my last visit told me they took my comments seriously. They were anxious to know if our stay was better, because they made changes and hoped we noticed. I told them this stay was so much better than our last stay and yes, we did notice the improvements, especially in the F&B operation. 95% of what this hotel offers is outstanding, and I feel confident that within a few months of reorganization, its one glaring fault will be resolved. Let me start with the only bad thing: the service at the restaurants is extremely slow. Several items on the beach bar menu are outdated and one waiter remarked that it had been months since some of the items listed were available. It seems like the staff are working to get the hang of a new routine or new management at the restaurants, particularly the beach bar. Every single other detail of this hotel is perfection. The grounds are immaculately and beautifully kept, the rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious, the staff uncommonly friendly, and the spa services are top notch. The food and beverages at the restaurants are excellent, just slow to get to you. We look forward to making a return visit later in the year and have no doubt that the restaurants’ kinks will have been worked out by then with a few additional months experience and training.…

The service is slow, as for the food, the presentation is very good but very bad taste, nothing we ordered was to our liking. lacks seasoning, and comfortable hard and dry. the last part of the road and just to get there are 4 km only of holes.

If you do not speak ANY Spanish, do not come here. Lower your Curio Collection expectations, because this property is one of the worst. There is no managerial follow up and what they have listed for property ammenities and menu are paper only. If you are Black or of African descent, reconsider booking here.

Horrible service.. they have a wedding today and nowhere for us to have a late lunch , no one knows what’s happening or where we can eat. Finally they bring us to the pool took one hour to get 2 drinks (out of 4) brought half the order. We had a wonderful stay at Indura and can recommend the hotel to everyone. Starting from the location, as part of a nationalpark this hotel has a huge green area and golf course. The rooms are very spacious and well equiped as well as with sea/beach view. The infrastructure is great, with a big leveled pool, a very nice beach front, SPA, gym and so on. The restaurants are also incredible with very delicious food. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the general manager knows and lives customer centricity at its best.

This was our first time visiting Indura Beach & Golf Resort, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we were greeted with great hospitality from the property manager Javier and the entire Hilton staff, making it an unforgettable trip. We wanted a relaxing vacation to unwind and explore the property's amenities. Indura is truly an Oasis - from the pools to a stunning beach with mountainous views to the lovely spa and golf course; the property is immaculate, and the team is very accommodating. We were incredibly impressed with the spacious rooms, cleanliness, and renovated appeal. We took a recommendation from Javier to take a local excursion to the surrounding beaches, which was incredible! We snorkeled on the crystalline beaches, walked through the national park, and connected with some locals in the area, which was a highlight of the trip. Indura's food and drinks were top-notch- we enjoyed the ceviche, fish tacos, and steak, all while maintaining a local flavor and tribute to the culture. Great location! Javier recommended a special boat tour that was amazing!!! I hadn't visited this resort since the pandemic, and what a big difference 2 years made. Many new additions, including a restaurant/bar right on the beach. The staff seems to have a new outlook toward guests, a much friendlier attitude, not that they were rude before, but the difference is noticeable. I could tell before I parked my rental that things were different. My name vas verified at the security gate, And the greeter in the parking area knew I was coming and had my diamond member spot already cleared. Special kudos to Javier, Sean, Yafe, Reina, Diego. I can't remember everyone, so sorry if I forgot anyone. Especially the restaurant manager!! It is a shame I didn't meet of the behind-the-scenes staff.
