Location is perfect. Very nice area. Old Batumi. Everything is near you. Balcony view is very nice. Balcony is very specious. Hotel rooms are specious. Restaurant exists in the roof with very nice city view and old town.

One of the best in old Batumi. Believe me, we checked about 9-10. Located in a quiet area, in a good district and built in Italian style. New, elegant, not big not small, owner is a very attentive woman! Strongly recommend to all who wants to visit Batumi in Ajara!

Excellent location, spacious but rather old fashioned room. Terrible internet connection, it was a “torture” to serf and do some work. Almost all personnel does not speak English. And all this for 100€/night...

We had two nights in a twin suite at this hotel. There was a minibar (with a multitude of bottles we needed to take out so we could fit our food in) and a kettle provided. There was a shop to buy fruit, milk, bread and other basic supplies just down the road and a good restaurant about 10 minutes walk away. There was plenty of room, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning very welcome. It was in an excellent location - walking distance to the sea front, art gallery, cable car (recommended) etc and a multitude of small boutique type shops nearby. Breakfast was good the first morning and we were given a "breakfast box" when we had to check out early next day for our flight (a very nice meat, cheese, cucumber sandwich, plus yoghurt - no spoon but fortunately we had our own!) Unfortunately there was a night club opposite our room and the noise from the people on the street disturbed our sleep when we left the windows open for fresh air. Prior to our stay I contacted the hotel with a couple of questions and the replies were quick and useful (they advised a taxi from the station should cost 5-7 Gel which was very helpful for us negotiating for one on our arrival) I paid for our room on arrival but would not recommend this because on departure the receptionist did not seem to believe me and even when I showed him the receipt he made a phone call to verify it. When we ordered a taxi it was there within a few minutes and was both clean and modern with plenty of room in the boot for our cases.

Centrally located. 10 minutes walk from the main street next to the boulevard. Piazza square is located right behind the hotel. The hotel consists of 2 buildings which means they have their own beautiful courtyard. we had a suite, consisting of 2 rooms (sitting room and a bedroom) which is very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good on the terrace above. The only drawback is that some rooms can have very strange views. But it actually adds a local flavor to it and can be funny.
