Our Travel Agent had originally booked the Colosseum hotel, which is just next to the Grand Gloria. When the TA called the Colosseum to reconfirm the booking they were advised that both swimming pools and the spa facilities were out of action and had been for the whole of June.
We were offered alternative accomodation at the Grand Gloria and we were very happy with all of the facilities at the hotel as well as the service offered. It's in a good location and within walking distance from numerous restuarants and there is a shopping mall immediately across the road.

I want to say huge thanks to all the stuff members that were taking care of us during 2 weeks of our stay! Salome Sichinava, Gvantsa Mamaladze, Mari Zibzibadze, Tamar Philishvili - talented devoted team, that creat outstanding hospitality and home atmosphere for the guests together with GM Mr.Murat.
We had Amazing room with balcony and sea view! Breakfast and Lunch always contained lots of dishes! Milk products, salads, meat, fish, fruit and even dried fruits! There was big variety of deserts in the menu for evening coffee - please feel free to witness long breathtaking sunset views and chilling in front of the pool. Cleaning service was excellent and top punctual in the room! Towels always clean and renewed on time. Indoor and outdoor pools were clean and water was very pleasant! Special thanks to Guest Relations Manager Mrs.Kristina for treating my parents with special care and attention!

Really??), the service beats them all. There is no negative number large enough to rate that one. English (here comes the Pulp Fiction scene)? Nop. They barely speak it. Customer service? Who gives two craps about these annoying customers. Acknowledging their issues? Nop, they are always right, always "by protocol". What, you hoped for an apology, some perks, and issues fixed? Heh, think again. I am by no account a millionaire, and my booking was non-refundable (although I did imagine that when you pay for a Ferrari and get a KIA, you might qualify for a refund), I ran from that place after 1 night, and moved to Hilton. This is not a five star hotel. The rooms smelled of smoke. The bathroom drains smell of sewage. We got a massage for 200 GEL, it was the worst massage that I’ve ever received. It was just light rubbing and touching with no oil, the woman stood in front of you as you changed, it was deeply uncomfortable. I had to leave half way through. The staff told us a refund was impossible as it was ‘the best masseuse in town’ and that ‘it’s the cost you would expect to pay in a five star hotel’. Made no attempt to actually deal with our complaints.

Helo, We arrived on 16th of april, we were greeted very warmly and felt welcomed, hotel staff were amazing and overall experience was going good until breakfast. We were promised swedish breakfast table but we had average breakfast with some hot dogs, salad and eggs. They didn't even offer dessert or some kind of sweet breakfast option we were 12 people and some of us do not eat salty breakfast and wanted something sweet. I would compare the breakfast experience to airplane food. Also the restaurant menu which hotel offered us wasn't full with many options and still, dessert was nowhere to be found:) Overall experience was good but still cannot get over the horrible breakfast
