The worst experience I have ever had in my life. Advantages: - Spacious and clean rooms but a little bit outdated. - big & clean pool. - Beautiful Colorful fish in the sea. Disadvantages: - Hotel is really empty (only few Egyptian families & 2 Ukrainians Mom & daughter). It's like you are in the desert (good for honeymooners) which tells that there are no marketing at all. - The worst animation team I have ever saw in my life. (only 2 Egyptians girls that doesn't speak any languages but Arabic. They doesn't make any activities in the morning). I told them that I want to play Water Polo or Aqua gym like in many other hotels in Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh but they did nothing. They haven't even a ball for playing. And when I asked them that I want to play Water Polo, I was told that they gonna purchase a new ball. They did after 2 days. They know nothing about being animation team. Only a boring show at knight and only in Arabic ignoring the Ukrainians that were there. - The life guards at the pool and at the sea were very rude and they took my stuff that were in a bungalow to another place for other guest without asking me. Mrs. Olga the guest relation was very sad when I told her my complains and she was trying her best to apologize but without any power to make it up to me. This hotel was a paradise before 2013 (before the Russian plane crash) because the majority of the guests was Russians. But after this year it is a nightmare. - The bathrooms in the lobby are disgusting. As a conclusion, don't ever go again to this place specially they don't respect guests and it is very annoying and very disappointing.…
This hotel is very very disappointing. The rooms are not well maintained and are not clean at all. The headboard and the furniture is chipped. The bathroom in the lobby and the bathrooms in the rooms are disgusting.
I just came back from my holiday in this hotel and if you're looking for peace, quietness and relax, this is the perfect place! The hotel is between the desert mountains and the sea, an amazing landscape. This is a 100% Russian hotel. The room was very nice and big, the staff very friendly and smiling (especially the "Smiling Boy" Ibrahim, at the lobby bar) and I had a good time also with the general manager with whom I played biliard and had nice chats. Thanks. The animation team is composed by lovely elements, who will do their best to improve your stay with their evening shows (they're preparing amazing dance shows right now!!). In the evening time there's also the Ukrainian singer Daria, who sings nice russian music and will make you dance! About the restaurant, the food is very nice, I couldn't stop eating LOL!! In the hotel they also organize trips to Israel, that can be very interesting, as it's not far from there. I definitely suggest this hotel to anyone who want to have a nice and relaxing time, in the middle of nature.…
in our honeymoon we were seeking a great place in Egypt. We read a lot of reviews and so we found this adorable place in Taba. first of all. the reception. we came in the morning and nice surprise was pare of coctail till we waiting our room.guys at reception were are very kind persons.a few minutes later our room was ready. about room. it was realy great,clean,bright and large apartments. Big territory of the hotel are amazing.many palms, a lot of green grass.really good view from every point. really clean and big swimmingpool. and smole one are with warm water and fountain. near the swimingpool there are few large beds it was nice when the weather was too hot. also in the beach there are the same large beds and it so romantic when you are near the sea.you can take the sun all day don't afraid to get burned.not all hotels can have this great things. Staff. all staff are very kind and any questions they can solve.we have no problems with anyone include our houskeeping. he made for us small sculptures from towels everyday and also our room was very clean everyday. restaurant... wide variety of food. and u can eat all day long)) on friday it was a fish supper.also you can take a meal on beach bar. Animation team. there are good animation whole day.there are good animation for kids and also for adults. every night there are own disco at the club. this club as good as in big city.at the evening there are good animation programme for kids and after that for all guests. We dont ever see in another hotels a singing general manager. by the way his voice are amazing. we can add that the Genaral manager are very good man who can hear all your wishes. it was a very good honeymoon and we will come back anyway)) special thanks mister Sherif Noaman. anyone choose the hotels were he is in charge.
