The whole trip was fascinating, Starting from the follow up from the Great Front office manager Mr. Mohamed Taher, whom call me before starting our trip one day before to insure the arrival time & to inform me that the room was ready before the check in time (2:00 Pm) to have more fun & Pleasure in the Resort. The Whole staff was very helpful during our stay at the resort & they are all taking steps to insure the safety for all guests against the Corona virus. The room was very clean & well furnished & I would like to take this chance to thanks Mr. Alaa El Sayed The Hotel Manager for taking care for each & every small details like the lighting switches Distribution, the lighting distribution, sockets distribution & even the hinges & the drawer runners , who know well the requirements for all guests to ensure that they were really felling comfortable during their stay in the resort. The Food In General was very good & variable & the whole staff was very very helpful, We were really enjoying the food in Jewel, Jamila, The Indian & The Italian Restaurants. All Pools Were heated. The Beach was nice. The Animation Team Were very nice & helpful & We really enjoying joining them in the Beach volley ball, Yoga & Aqua Gym.

The service here is second to none. Particular mentions from us for Farouk & Mohammed down on the beach, Ahmed at the restaurants, and Ibrahim at the Sunray bar. The cleaning staff refreshed toiletries everyday and left towel art and flowers on the bed.
The buffet food is what you would expect from a good all inclusive buffet, it is not restaurant quality but lots of variety. Pizza at the snack bar is freshly made & burgers/shwarma made to order. Choice of coffee and juices at breakfast, eggs on request as you like them. We enjoyed the restaurants, in particular the Egyptian where I had the duck. Cocktails were not branded alcohol but were tasty. Red wine surprisingly drinkable and beer poured from a bottle.
We met with friends at the beautiful Farsha café and went quad biking in the desert which cost £200 egyptian per bike booked through an egyptian friend. Go to both for sunset!
We are a couple in our 30s with no kids so we didn’t really go into the family areas or join the entertainment but it sounded fun and lively from a distance. For some reason people hung around in the lobby bar at night, we preferred Latitude rooftop bar.
Some info that I usually look for in reviews: - Beach and bathroom towels included and regularly replaced. - Definitely tip the staff, there is an ATM on site - Supermarket and pharmacy 5 min walk off site which is cheaper than on site shops. Cigarettes £100 egyptian but £37 in supermarkets

We had amazing experience in this hotel. The minute you step into this hotel - the spacious ambience greets you, plus polite staff who are eager to ensure your stay here will be a pleasant one.
Check-in process went very fast and smoothly. Staff on the reception desk was cheerful and friendly. They gave us general information about the resort and we were escorted to our wonderful room.
The room is very well equipped. You literally have everything there. Good condition of furniture and bathroom, mini bar, tv, AC, hairdryer , kettle, tea&coffee amenities etc. We enjoyed the view from our terrace as well. Cleanliness was top! Thank you for housekeeping who took care about our room(9227) while our stay. He did amazing job.
The food was good. Breakfast: big variety of cheese and cold cuts, pancakes, waffles, hot dogs, porridges, cereals, oriental local options , jams, nuts, peanut butter, omlets, fresh fruits and veggies. And amazing coffee! Which was a surprise cuz it’s not easy to find good coffee. If you’re coffee addicted like you’ll be satisfied here😂 For dinners we preferred a-la carte restaurants. Indian, Italian and Egyptian were the best. Good taste, quality and presentation were above all expectations!
We were very happy with such options as an adult only pool and beach area. The best solution for those who want to spend their time in more quiet atmosphere.
In the evening we enjoyed live music in the bar. It was very relaxing.
A notable highlight is the very professional and friendly staff. They are always polite and eager to be helpful in any way to help provide a peaceful & friendly environment for guests. They are definitely five star examples of excellent service.
We had unforgettable vacation and already planning to come back soon there again.

we had the pleasure of spending 11 nights at this fantastic hotel. we stayed in one of the deluxe rooms near the adults-only pool. we had a truly amazing time there. the place is completely spotless and kept that way to a very high standard. the room was cleaned every day to a very high standard we had numerous towel art done in the room everything was as it should be a really spectacular view over the main pool to the left and the sea straight on a great place to see the sunrise and sunset. we sued the adult's pool as there were just 2 adults we had a good towel guy - lifeguard Ahmed who kept the whole area clean and tidy. the bar was really good we had a couple of good servers there but by far the best was Mostafa Shaban. this guy is fantastic he is so attentive and made sure we had a good supply of drinks he was totally sociable and made a point of chatting at every opportunity he had. he had such a great memory for everyone's drinks and kept the whole place watered at all times. we had breakfast at the buffet and only used it once for an evening meal the rest of the time we used the ala cartes they were really good, especially the Mongolian and Indian the food was brilliantly presented and very tasty. we didn't really do lunch except for one occasion. In the evening we went to the rooftop bar where there was a variety of different singers each night we didn't do the Amphitheatre the entertainment staff kept you updated but didn't push for you to attend. the drinks service was good and the bar guy was helpful. the slight downside was the round resort bus was hit and miss in the evening and there was no way of calling it unless you saw one of the workers who would call them for you. the onsite mini store is a rip of £5 for a pack of pringles not good. overall a fantastic holiday and we will definitely be returning Feb 2023. the holiday was made special by Mostafa who totally exceed all our expectations and really took care of us whilst we were there a real asset to the place.

From the start to finish our trip was made so easy comfortable and remeombrioal On check we wasn't happy with rooms but the manager gamil gave us a upgrade so we was more closer to each other. Rooms are so big breathable clean and modern. U have 4 restaurants in the hotel all nice but we enjoyed jewel and the snack bar more Life guard ramadan was the best always helpful we had a child who was a non swimmer who he gave confidence to actually come back as a swimmer he is a gem to the resort Waiter tarek was amazing had our drinks on table before we got back with food he is amazing always met us and everyone who walked through them doors with a smile and good service All the staff are a asset to the resort the went fat and beyond for each person and always made talk with us our cleaner mahmood who looked after room 4010 was a amazing cleaner always helpful from the smallest of things

We stayed out of school holiday time (late Feb early March) so cannot comment on what it would be like in high season
Rooms spacious and very clean. Room was cleaned and beds made on a daily basis. Our room was on the third floor accessible by stairs only (we did not find any lifts). One minor niggle was plug sockets in room, the sockets did accept a UK plug but when a UK plug was inserted the plug overlapped the light switch so plug did not go into socket fully, however it did work.
Wi fi speed in rooms was somewhat poor, it kept dropping out and at best managed only 6 Mbps, the reception area was better at 172 Mbps. We were limited to one device per person, not sure if an upgrade was available as we managed with the free Wi-Fi although would have expected better in 2022 given most people have smart phones / tablets
Main pool area had plenty of loungers and was kept very clean. Downside is there is very little shade and the few shades provided were taken up very early so in our view more shade is required especially for children. The beach however did have plenty of shades in the form of thatched parasols. Not sure there would be enough loungers in the height of summer.
All the staff were helpful and friendly and more than happy to help if required. They also wore face masks at all times
We found the food OK but perhaps not to everyone’s liking but we managed to find something at meal times during our stay.
Would suggest older people may struggle as access to the main pool and beach as it has lots of steps, going down is OK but going back up can be a challenge. We took advantage of the small free bus that runs around the site to get around (especially the uphill bits) but it stops at 18:00 hrs thus beach restaurants could be difficult to access at night. Some of the bars and speciality restaurants are also on upper level from reception. We used the steps but we were told that there was a lift but we did not find it.
Toilets were not well signposted.
Children on scooters and roller blades indoors especially in main restaurant can be a danger if you don’t have your wits about you, parents seemed quite happy to let their kids zoom about unchecked.
There are quite a few adult only areas (16+) if you want quiet time.
Access to the sea for snorkelling was via a pier. There are good solid steps and handrails from the pier end to the sea thus getting in and out of the sea was made easy. A life guard was on duty at the end of the pier, he also made sure you did not swim over the corals
Despite the minor niggles we would however stay again.

I have the review 4 stars because of the food in the main restaurant at night times for the English guests, everything else about the hotel is 5 stars. The a la carte ,especially the Mongolian, was great and was managed by Samer, who does a fantastic job. The beach restaurant at lunch time was simple tasty and well cooked and catered more toward everyone, the breakfasts were more towards the Eastern European but you could get omelette, eggs, toast etc so it started the day off well. The hotel grounds with the new swim up rooms and the new infinity pool were spotless. The rooms are all tastefully decorated and well equipped with a free safe, well equipped bathroom with a very powerful rain shower and comfortable beds. The nightly entertainment isn't the best and the animation team isn't the best we've seen and they only interact with the younger female guests and some struggle with speaking to the English. The best asset in the hotel is the staff. From all the restaurant staff to the room cleaners and lifeguards, they are all friendly and have service with a smile. We were on the jetty one day and a guest lost a gold earring , the lifeguard Ali dived down and found it for her when the current eased and found her and returned it, service with a smile. We shall return again and I hope the main restaurant food for the uk guests is better then it will be 5 stars for sure

We stayed here for 11 nights. A quick and easy check in. Luggage was taken to our room by a very helpful porter. Our first port of call was the lobby bar for a first drink. What a wonderful experience. Farouk and Esram were the perfect hosts. They could not do enough for you and were so attentive efficient and really just lovely waiters. They remembered our drinks and made them up just as we liked them. These two waiters went above and beyond their responsibilities to make our stay perfect. Our room cleaner in block 6 Mohamed was another example of absolute dedication attending to anything that you needed. Room was spotless plenty towels and toiletries replenished every day. Fantastic towel art left on our bed daily. Hairdryer in bathroom was excellent unlike some dryers you get in other hotels. The adult pool was attended to by Ahmed towel attendant and Mustaffa the pool bar waiter . Both worked very hard around the pool keeping it spotlessly clean and distributing bottles of water on a regular basis. Plenty of sun beds and it was strictly adults only. Restaurant staff were very attentive a special mention to Samer who made sure we had everything we needed . Beach snack bar offered day time snacks such as burger,pasta,hot dogs pizza chicken all freshly made - everything you could wish for at lunchtime plus a fully stocked bar.A special mention to Hany who made our daily visits here so enjoyable. Evening dining in the restaurant or any of the speciality restaurants was great with wide and varied choice. Only issue was that small children were allowed to run about in the main restaurant. This could have led to accidents with guests and waiters carrying hot plates. All in all a perfect stay. The staff at this hotel are the hotel’s biggest asset. We did not encounter any one who was not entirely focused on making our stay perfect. Myself and my partner has just done 1 week at sunrise diamond beach resort, absolutely fantastic. Food amazing in main buffet restaurant and down in the beach bar restaurant I was in room 8108 and the cleaner we had was just amazing everything was spotless Plenty of places to get a drink and all very helpful We spent most our days around the adults only pool the bar guy and towel guy were very helpful The private beach was amazing and the bar guy couldn’t do enough for you. This is a fabulous hotel and I would highly recommend Thanks for an amazing 7 day holiday sunrise diamond beach, I wouldn’t hesitate at coming back. You wouldn’t be disappointed booking this hotel Guest relations and management always come around and ask if everything is ok and if anything is needed. My partner was bitten by mosquitoes and they came and put a plug in repellent in our room.

My title says it all!! My wife came here in January with our daughter .. raved about it !! Obviously I wanted to see for myself so booked it to return for 2werks on 2nd March 2022 Wow !! All the staff remembered my wife Jennifer by name and what a welcome we received from everyone I could see within minutes of our arrival why she had fallen in love the Diamond it’s amazing The hotel and staff are second to none and we were well looked after in fact really spoiled by all the staff The food and service in the Jewels was spot on .A warm welcome from the head waiter Mohammed and his team and the head chef and his team continued throughout our stay ,and we enjoyed all the delicious food on offer . Saeed at the Mongolian and Indian a la carte made sure we enjoyed our visits .Mohammed Maher and staff warmly welcomed us at the Italian a la carte he and his team made sure our visits were enjoyable too .the food in all the a la carted was delicious and oozed quality .. bliss !! The whole hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas and the gardens are beautiful maintained and colourful. The pool areas and clean and the lifeguards bar staff make sure you have everything you need Clean towels excellent waiter service bringing drinks to your sunbed totally relaxation guaranteed .The pools manager Mohammed constantly checked the pool areas and this lovely guy stopped for a quick chat on his rounds The beach is just beautiful there’s an adult area both here and in the pool on the upper level off the hotel which allows those without kids to chill out There’s a jetty where if you enjoy snorkelling and seeing the amazing coral and fish is a real bonus There’s a family pool with a few slides for those with kids which this pool has lots of sun beds /space for families to enjoy their stay This hotel has something for everyone and judging by the happy smiles all around the hotel everyone was enjoying themselves Our room boy Ala kept out beautiful room clean with clean bedding /towels everyday To the wonderful friendly general manager Alaa and his management team I would like to extend my grateful thanks for the courtesy shown to my wife Jennifer and I ..we have booked to come back with family for Christmas New Year ..I can’t think of anywhere else I would want to be at this special time other than at the DIAMOND To all of the wonderful staff “”A great big well done and thanks for a wonderful holiday “ See you all real soon

January can be cold - day up to 24 but night as low as 10 celcius. So warmer stuff for the evenings and night time is a must have. Water temp 21 Celsius. Not sure about the entertainment.
There are more places to choose from in the Sharm El Sheikh area.
