It is my 2nd time of staying in Sunrise Select Diamond and I have never been disappointed... Our rooms were upgraded to swim up suite whereby we had a private pool at the door step for free of charge and we checked out late for free of charge!... Gamilla restaurant manager during our stay was amazing, he ensured that we had drinks and fruits delivered to our room between lunch and dinner time; he brought me a bottle of champagne to the room when I told him that we were leaving👌🏾 Abdul Rahman, the waiter at the main restaurant was funny and always put a smile on our faces😃 Our room cleaner Mahmoud Said was also polite and willing to help for everything we needed...

The only feedback I would give was I specifically asked for a room in an adult only area and this was not allocated... I did go the reception to move rooms and was told to come back the next day after breakfast, because we were only there for a week it was a lot of hassle to move rooms...

...I was in the 8000 block and had a great room. There was a large King size bed, sofa, free mini bar and a really large, clean bathroom with a great rainforest walk in shower... Every member of staff I came across were friendly and helpful but special mention has to go to the lifeguard and bar manager at the adults only pool and the guy who looked after my room (sorry I'm useless with names)...

...Upon arrival all looked ok until we entered our "Sea view" booked room and found the balcony allowing the sea view was blocked of with metal bars as it looked to be under construction/ damaged fence at the end. So we went to the desk to complain and ask about another room, unfortunately the staff at the desk kept telling us we would have to wait and come back in 2hrs, we did so and was told to come back again the next day to see the manager, we did so and the guy looked upset we were complaining about the room, after even more time wasted with the manager he finally, after asking us to come back in a couple more hours, found us a new room, it was miles away from the main building with no sea view, so we said we don't like that room and its also not got the sea view we paid for, again we were made to wait even longer, by this time it had been 2 days since we landed, finally he found us another room, this time it was closer to the main buildings however no view of anything, just some grass and a bush... Overall we didn't spend much time around the room, had no choice really, my garden at home is more appealing than the room view we were given...

Before arrival we booked and paid for sea view 4 rooms, then when we arrived there were no sea view rooms available, we had to fight to get what we booked, they agreed to show us the sea view rooms the next day of our stay, it was pool view with part of the sea at the end of the view which gave an indicator that they have different definition of what sea view is. We stayed in different rooms at the end...

We have stayed at the sunrise royal markhdi about 4 times but the price is to expensive so we tried sunrise diamonds to compare and to be honest they are both very good enjoyed the stay. Ala carte restaurants good, the staff especially ibrahim& moustafa by the pool look after us so well.we will return if the price is good...

Overall we didn't spend much time around the room, had no choice really, my garden at home is more appealing than the room view we were given... Most defiantly not a 5 star hotel, and the amount of times you are pestered at the pool side by people selling spa and massages was ridiculous, we went for some peace and relaxation, not to be pestered daily...

Before arrival we booked and paid for sea view 4 rooms, then when we arrived there were no sea view rooms available, we had to fight to get what we booked, they agreed to show us the sea view rooms the next day of our stay, it was pool view with part of the sea at the end of the view which gave an indicator that they have different definition of what sea view is... We requested a baby bed prior to our booking, we arrived and no baby bed... All in all visitors should get much better quality services for what they pay for... We booked the sea sport activity which was over priced, we did less than 5 minutes parceling for 35 USD !... Nothing is worth it except the physical place and the huge area which the hotel cover... If you are planning to pay this money, just pay a bit more and tey somehwere better (hopefully you can find something better there) good luck!...

...Our cleaner left our room clean and well stocked with coffee and tea mini fridge stocked and clean towels every day I forget his name he was a lovely gentleman very polite.foid was a good variety I a bit fussy I always managed to find something that was tasty breakfast is very good omelettes are lovely we did eat out at the Italian restaurant two nights it was good can't comment on the others but the Indian restaurant was busy every night so I presume food was good free snorkeling every day we were only two minute walk from our room to beach number 10106 we did get a late check out free till 4pm as our flight home wasn't till late not sure if this was because we had already upgraded as another couple had to pay for a late check out was only about £22 which i would have been willing to pay if we ever return to Sharm el sheikh would definitely stay at sunrise diamond again we did valley of the king's definitely recommend if you get the chance we booked through our Tui rep Ibraham...

...we stayed in one of the deluxe rooms near the adults-only pool... we sued the adult's pool as there were just 2 adults we had a good towel guy - lifeguard Ahmed who kept the whole area clean and tidy... the onsite mini store is a rip of £5 for a pack of pringles not good...

...the salon is over expensive but a good experience .. the taxi tricked us and took a lot of money... The activities at the hotel are not so special also and expensive, the bellydancer at the boat is not a bellydancer and the food is horrible... Stay at the hotel and do not tip anyone because they will send their friends to take tips...

...From the time we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by the staff with a drink and didn't even have to take our cases to our room. The rooms was spotless and there were refreshments in the fridge, topped up daily by the cleaner that surprised us every day with different towel animals 😀 Now to the restaurants, they are all amazing but the ones we loved the most was the Italian - Basilico and Jewels... It's always clean and has a lovely atmosphere...

Just got back from a 7 night stay with my wife and girls aged 9 and 11 .Are holiday was fantastic the food the drinks the pool scene the hotel room all spot on.We were in block 3 are room cleaner Adam couldn’t do enough for us the room was spotless and fresh every day always had time for chat even though he was so busy.The pools are lovely and clean with lots of lifeguards who again can’t do enough for you.They don’t allow food around the pool which I thought was good as it kept the area clean.Food well there are 4 themed restaurants we enjoyed them all and can book as many times as you like.The main restaurant is good as well something for everyone and the lads in there are on point and happy to help with anything it does get very busy at peak times.The animation team work hard around the big pool in the day and at night at the theatre we didn’t watch much at night as we met up with others from are family and made are own entertainment at the various bars.We had breakfast most days at the Egyptian restaurant which was nice and quiet and all the staff working there were brilliant with us.In the day the Egyptian restaurant is where the snacks are Mostafa makes the best pizza’s in Sharm he’ll make it how you want if you ask him... Well done Sunrise diamond beach…...

...Well it's amazing spotlessly clean and the pool even had loungers in it on a platform fabulous. The rest of hotel is spotless from inside out to immaculate gardens... We are not going to mention names but from lobby bar who remembered are drinks vodka sprite brandy sprite to the cleaner of our room to every waiter and mgr we came into contact with thank you for making this week's break special u should all be very proud it must be a good general mgr to have staff under you that are so proud of this hotel thank you and best regards from sue and Alan hope to see you all again...

...My spouse and I stayed here in January, and left speechless, more than certain we will come again. Firstly I would like to say many thanks to the resort staff, especially the servers in the restaurants- El Sayed, Mostafa, and Mohammad from the Indian restaurant who made our stay unforgettable, created a feeling of being at home, and formed a feeling of welcoming and friendship... The food was also super yummy, and we are again thankful to chef Arabi for serving us fish following our religious rules which were important to us, and with the help and hospitality of the staff, much easier to attain... The pools are clean and the water was heated, even tho it was January we had a July feeling, and nothing can beat the volleyball and ping-pong activities organized by the hotel...

...No apology from Gamal the manager when we pointed out they were wrong and they then took nearly an hour to check us in. The service was great in Feb but has gone hugely downhill... Every time we went to the buffet we had to find a dirty table and spend ages finding someone who would clear it, then someone else who would set it and if we were lucky someone to bring us drinks...

...Upon arrival our cases where taken off us and we was shown to a seat with a table and asked what drinks we would like and told “welcome home” and honestly, it felt like we had arrived home... The staff seem very forward and at first I wasn’t sure how to take it but after the first day you really do realise they just want you to have the best time and all the want to do is help you and make sure your stay is as easy and care free as possible... Alsayeed in Jewels was fantastic, he knew both our names from the first night and wether it be breakfast lunch or dinner he would greet us with a smile made a table up for us and got us both a drink... We spent all our time in the adult pool, we didn’t try the main one or the aqua park but the adult pool was just heaven, again after the first day Ibrahim the pool lifeguard would save us two beds and every morning we went down he’d saved us the beds we’d picked on the first day and the barmen also remembered our drinks order... We also visited the Indian, this was ok, but admittedly nothing special, the service was fantastic but the food was just Ok... Also finally they went the extra mile on my birthday, we hadn’t told the hotel it was my birthday and we’d gon to Cairo for the day when we came back the room had been filled with balloons and animal shaped towels and a birthday cake left in the room under a bell... They didn’t have to do that nor did they charge us for it they really really do go the extra mile for you all the time for everything as soon as your drink is empty in any of the bars they’re already getting you a refill and the food the always want to get you more... Thank you to every one at the hotel who made my birthday and our holiday a magical experience and we will certainly be back!...

Greeted on arrival with a coctail and welcome home.we thought nothing could top Mexico but Egypt far exceeded our expectations the room was spotless and right by the adult only pool where the two guys looking after it really went out of their way and spoil you and never let you go short for drinks soft or alcoholic. The buffet restaurant was a bit busy but decent food so we booked into the a la carte restaurants most nights and the food and service was excellent every night was a proper dining out experience... The young guy who runs the velocity bar was great (Ibrahim) remembered what you drank and you didn't have to go to the bar every member of staff is friendly and go above and beyond to make your holiday special the snorkeling was amazing like swimming in a tropical fish tank and the service on the private beach was just as good,every day the attendant had our towels and sunbed ready for us and the pool barman was brilliant...

We always went to the main restaurant for lunch, which we thought was even better than in the evening... The waiters here were always very friendly and helpful, especially Elsayed... The Italian restaurant, Basilico, was our favourite... The Maitre’D, Ahmed, made sure that we were well looked after at this restaurant... The Indian restaurant, Manohar, also offered delicious food and excellent service; I especially liked the Rogan Josh... We would thoroughly recommend a stay here and would like to thank all the staff for being so friendly and welcoming...

...I would like to give a huge thumbs up and commendation to the staff here. Mr Tahir the hotel manager is the sweetest man ever and really made my stay here enjoyable... They paid attention to detail and dressed up our swim up room with balloons and had cake and a drink ready for us in the room... The bathroom was clean and hygienic I was pleasantly surprised that everything was well maintained... They even arranged a night out at Pacha nightclub which May and or may not have been the highlight of my trip... On the first day we were given a free taster session which won us over and we had a great pampering session with various treatments such as sauna, steam, hammam and massage... Ibrahim in the pub was the sweetest ever!... Customer service is important to me and everyone here bar one person I will not name was incredibly pleasant!...

...Ali the lifeguard n Mohammed the sunbed guy on the beach n Ibrahim, on the bar couldn’t have made our stay any better. Our room also was kept so nice by our maid... We were remembered by most of waiters the manager in jewels Mohammed was a great guy... My birthday was made extra special our room was decorated , the sunbed on the beach had flowers animals made out of towels... In the Indian at night extra special table decorations , cake all the chefs n manager n waiters sang so embarrassing but nice... The new manager was actually so nice came and asked how our stay was...

Excellent ala carte restraunts and staff in those restraunts amazing and the food was great I cannot fault it well done everybody.Beaches were pretty and well maintained... Bar staff rude and arrogant in all bar areas drinks were terrible we ended up drinking our own spirits that we added to the mixers... Reception staff just unbelievably arrogant and argumentative especially Mohammed the duty manager they need to be seriously trained in manners and pleasing guests there is a serious staff shortage all around the hotel which reflects on the service... Thank you to the lovely waiter in the breakfast buffet ,( the head waiter I think) you were lovely and smiley everytime I saw you...

...Check in was smooth (can take a little while but thats standard iv found)... The towel attendant was brilliant as we're the life guards... Buffet restaurant my advice is that perhaps they focus on quality rather than quantity... Reception: we found the staff very helpful and we were able to arrange late check out which helped with the kids... Access to the main pool and beach can be challenging with a pram but there is a bus that leaves every10 minutes from reception and the beach so they have thought about this... Special mention also to the photo shop and the watch shop outside the hotel...

...We have travelled extensively and have never known service of this level. The facilities are excellent however the staff make the resort, they are exemplary... So genuine, kind and considerate - nothing is too much trouble... Our room and the standard to which it was kept was exceptional... Being a family of 4 it was lovely to have the separate bedroom (family suite), I was also pleased to see a proper cot provided for our stay for our 2yr old as opposed to the usual flimsy travel cots that we have often had in various hotels... The management team are present, front of house and go out of their way to travel across the whole resort throughout the day/evening, something that we have never experienced... The whole complex is spotless; we witnessed the most extraordinary levels of cleaning!... The small bus that travels around the complex is just brilliant!... We have no doubt in our minds that we shall return...

...we stayed in one of the deluxe rooms near the adults-only pool... the room was cleaned every day to a very high standard we had numerous towel art done in the room everything was as it should be a really spectacular view over the main pool to the left and the sea straight on a great place to see the sunrise and sunset... we sued the adult's pool as there were just 2 adults we had a good towel guy - lifeguard Ahmed who kept the whole area clean and tidy... the bar was really good we had a couple of good servers there but by far the best was Mostafa Shaban... this guy is fantastic he is so attentive and made sure we had a good supply of drinks he was totally sociable and made a point of chatting at every opportunity he had... he had such a great memory for everyone's drinks and kept the whole place watered at all times... In the evening we went to the rooftop bar where there was a variety of different singers each night we didn't do the Amphitheatre the entertainment staff kept you updated but didn't push for you to attend... the drinks service was good and the bar guy was helpful... the slight downside was the round resort bus was hit and miss in the evening and there was no way of calling it unless you saw one of the workers who would call them for you... overall a fantastic holiday and we will definitely be returning Feb 2023. the holiday was made special by Mostafa who totally exceed all our expectations and really took care of us whilst we were there a real asset to the place...

We called the reception requesting one, 4 hours later nothing happened we had to call them every few hours to finally get one... All in all visitors should get much better quality services for what they pay for... Same piece of clothes to clean all tables... We booked the sea sport activity which was over priced, we did less than 5 minutes parceling for 35 USD !... which also was not on time, we booked it at 4 pm and we kept waiting there until past 5 pm wasting more than an hour just waiting...

...The hotel was definitely 5* our room was cleaned every day by Abd Elsmee, could not praise him enough he worked so hard our room was always spotless, the waiters worked very hard one stood out was mastofa he was always to hand to help everyone, he tried so hard to make sure you was well feed and happy, he always had a smile. We sunbathed at the adults only bit for a few days, the man working was always on the go, for the 5 hour we was there he never stopped cleaning and tidying up and making sure everyone had drinks ect... We went for my birthday and on three days they decorated our room...

...Our family spent a week at this fabulous hotel , it was absolutely brilliant, the staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us . We loved our room it was always cleaned to a high standard and the cleaner was very polite and helpful... The highlight of our holiday was the fantastic guys from the animation team they were amazing always keeping us entertained, they were always smiling and were super friendly, these guys are an absolute asset to this hotel and we would come back just to be entertained by these guys ... Thankyou for making our holiday a memorial one we will definitely be back ...

...I was in the 8000 block and had a great room. There was a large King size bed, sofa, free mini bar and a really large, clean bathroom with a great rainforest walk in shower... There was a fairly small balcony with a partial sea view but it was all I needed... A large one with daily entertaining just in front of the beach, a childrens pool with water slides and a very tranquil adults only pool (this is where I spent all of my time & was just about 30 meters from my room... There was also a private beach with plenty of loungers and parasols... The best things about this hotel was the service and the food... The pool staff even came round to clean guests sunglasses whilst sat around the pool... The buffet restaurant (Jewels) served breakfast, lunch and dinner and always had plenty of fresh tasty food... The ala carte restaurants were amazing and you could visit each one as many times as you like you just had to book beforehand (this can very done on your phone using a qr reader... There was also Gamilla (Egyptian), Basilica (Italian), Manohar (Indian) and the Mongolian Grill... They were all really good and the staff were great too... I would recommend this hotel and would definitely visit again myself...

...Our family booked a Family Suite and Superior Double, which was upgraded to Deluxe Sea View free of charge. Large rooms with a decent interior... Good to know: swimming in the sea is possible only from the dock... But is was very convenient as they have wide stairs into the water... We missed at least one cool pool of 20 C grades :) Aquapark was a key of perfect holidays for parents, as it is huge, but compact and safe and, I guess, children from 5yo and above can run slides alone without parents... Food was excellent in all restaurants, but the possibility to go to a la carte restaurants every evening (included in AI) was a perfect experience...

My birthday was made extra special our room was decorated , the sunbed on the beach had flowers animals made out of towels... In the Indian at night extra special table decorations , cake all the chefs n manager n waiters sang so embarrassing but nice...

...We arrived late so once we checked in we had access to the late buffet (I will touch on the buffet later). Rooms: Good size, cleaned really well... Water Park pool: This was good and had several slides although heated would have been better but we did have 33 degrees weather so it's a minor complaint... Main large pool: My 4 year old preferred this large pool as she could swim (with arm band assist) and it seemed warmer... The towel attendant was brilliant as we're the life guards... There's a dj with music etc so it was lively... Shwarmas pizza and pasta so it keeps you full... For the evenings we made use of the sit down restaurants you can book via the app... Reception: we found the staff very helpful and we were able to arrange late check out which helped with the kids... Access to the main pool and beach can be challenging with a pram but there is a bus that leaves every10 minutes from reception and the beach so they have thought about this... Sometimes we just went down steps etc holding the pram as it can be quicker... Special mention also to the photo shop and the watch shop outside the hotel...

...There were breathtaking corals with different fish, delicious food, welcoming staff and active animators... Moreover a lot of do yoga and some exercises with animators...

...The sink was blocked also and my other friends had blocked showers, all them type of things should be fixed before we get given the room. Most defiantly not a 5 star hotel, and the amount of times you are pestered at the pool side by people selling spa and massages was ridiculous, we went for some peace and relaxation, not to be pestered daily...

...I do think the waiters should come up to your table at the Buffett and offer table service for drinks without having to flag a waiter down or get them yourself...

we had the pleasure of spending 11 nights at this fantastic hotel. we stayed in one of the deluxe rooms near the adults-only pool... the room was cleaned every day to a very high standard we had numerous towel art done in the room everything was as it should be a really spectacular view over the main pool to the left and the sea straight on a great place to see the sunrise and sunset... this guy is fantastic he is so attentive and made sure we had a good supply of drinks he was totally sociable and made a point of chatting at every opportunity he had... he had such a great memory for everyone's drinks and kept the whole place watered at all times... In the evening we went to the rooftop bar where there was a variety of different singers each night we didn't do the Amphitheatre the entertainment staff kept you updated but didn't push for you to attend... the drinks service was good and the bar guy was helpful...

...Staff were all really helpful and polite. Food was lovely too with plenty of options for vegetarians too... Hotel was very clean as was the pool side and beach areas... The reef is just by the beach and water is crystal clear so you could clearly see the beautiful coloured fish...

...Everything from when you walk through the front doors on arrival to the time you walk out on your last day the staff are always on hand to help and make your experience amazing. We always love our swim up room and for value for money I just don’t see anything to compare and it really makes you feel so relaxed... Thanks again to all the staff for making our experience so fantastic...

...The pool areas are great, the main pool is stunning just be ready for the loud music between 10am-12pm and 2pm-4pm, you can get red flag from where you collect your towels so you aren't bothered by the touts and entertainment team... The adult beach area is really nice as is the swimming and snorkelling off the pier... The main Jewels buffet restaurant food is nice but at busy times it can be difficult getting a table inside... The al la carte restaurants are easy to book from your phone and the food in the Indian, Italian and Mongolian was lovely... The rooms are great with huge bathrooms...

We was in this hotel in September 2022, the temperature is comfortable, the sea is warm! On the territory of the hotel everything is perfect , at the same time, the territory of the hotel is quite compact... For children so many places to play and a children's club... very diverse and tasty a la carte restaurants (especially Indian and Mongolian)... A minibus runs around the Hotel, because the area has stairs, it is inconvenient to walk with a baby carriage but you can take the bus or on bus road!... Well done animators: sports, dances, shows, foam parties and a color festival, discos outside the hotel, always with vacationers, always with a good mood and support!...

Nice hotel, with Big and beautiful gardens and pools... Only please increase aquaparks working time, because from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00 are not enough for 95% of children...

Myself and husband booked sunrise for our honeymoon upgraded to swim up room we were not disappointed staff are amazing and work very hard 24/7 to keep the hotel running and clean. Our cleaner left our room clean and well stocked with coffee and tea mini fridge stocked and clean towels every day I forget his name he was a lovely gentleman very polite.foid was a good variety I a bit fussy I always managed to find something that was tasty breakfast is very good omelettes are lovely we did eat out at the Italian restaurant two nights it was good can't comment on the others but the Indian restaurant was busy every night so I presume food was good free snorkeling every day we were only two minute walk from our room to beach number 10106 we did get a late check out free till 4pm as our flight home wasn't till late not sure if this was because we had already upgraded as another couple had to pay for a late check out was only about £22 which i would have been willing to pay if we ever return to Sharm el sheikh would definitely stay at sunrise diamond again we did valley of the king's definitely recommend if you get the chance we booked through our Tui rep Ibraham...

...We loved our room it was always cleaned to a high standard and the cleaner was very polite and helpful. The restaurants were really good and there was always plenty of choice ... The beach is lovely and we were always able to get sunbeds , we also loved the beach bar ...
