Lets first remember we are in Egpyt in low season in the flow of Covid.,
Also the price of this hotel with AL package costing just £45 extra a week.

My trip did not get off to a great start, This being due to the travel agents not being reachable at the time of booking and no on site tour rep. (on the beach.com)

Getting to the hotel late in the evening following a delayed flight, I was greeted by a great man named Sharif.

The news he shared with me left me very worried when he said there is no booking.
Dispite me having a travel/hotel voucher.

I had very little spare cash at this point with just some english pounds and the euros to pay for diving trip that started the following day.

Sharif went above and beyond to help me, Yes he took the £30 i had a copy of my passport as i needed it for the dive trip early in the morning.

This is a business and i would expect a room for free. He gave me a room and slept as well as could with issue of maybe having no booking.

On my return to the hotel the following he was there to great me and had sloved the problem £30 refunded

The room and hotel was very clean at all times, Yes it could do with a lick of paint but so do most places.

There was no entertainment that i saw while i was there, But to be fair i think only about 10 to 12 guest staying.

The food was fresh but with very little choice but like i said at the start, lets remember what i paid.

I love egypt and these low budget hotels, using them as a base while out all day diving.

Coral Hills ticks all the boxes for me.

The staff are fantastic so helpful can’t do enough for you. The food is ok a bit repetitive and the chefs guard the meat lol The animation is almost non existent nothing during the day although it says there is the guy running it has no interest in his job more pushing you into praising him on here. The hotel is good for a 3 star, when I was there only about 30 to 40 guests so pretty empty. Maintenance work on pool area was in progress, the family pool was open but their health and safety is poor they lefts manhole open overnight!! Not taped off!!! The staff make such an effort to make your stay a good one.

The rooms are kept clean daily and heated, the food and drinks are varied, the inner courtyard with 2 swimming pools and a waterfall creates a pleasant condition. The staff is very friendly and I want to notice the reception Sherif Elgami who was involved to help us do the RT-PCR test in time to return home and to whom we thank a special person. Spend a wonderful stay at a good value for a price-quality ratio

Came to this resort for a work trip. The positive: friendly staff + quiet and nice pool area. The neg outweighed the pos sadly, pretty significantly. Rooms were really outdated and very poorly lit - one single dim main lightbulb, lamp that didn’t work, and a bedside table lamp that often flickered. The wifi was only accessible in the lobby or conference room (when it worked), which made working difficult. Things that are kind of expected to be standard in hotels were lacking. For example, trying to arrange a taxi for an 3 am departure. I requested and they never set it up. When requesting this, they didn’t seem to understand why this might be important. Fortunately I had a hunch they hadn’t so I did it on my own. I tried to close out my restaurant tab the night prior and it involved consultations with multiple people (the equivalent of a $68 tab after being there a week). It was if this request was very unexpected. Everything was like that at this hotel. It might’ve been the language barrier and I’m usually very understanding about that when I travel as I’m cognizant I’m a visitor and I don’t speak the local language , but I’m pretty sure this wasn’t just a language issue, but a management issue. Oh and bring bug spray - the mosquitoes are terrible! I would not recommend this hotel or Sharm in general.

My sister and i stayed at coral hills from the 18th of March until the 1st of April 2023 the hotel room was very clean and our cleaner made us beautiful designs with the towels and flowers we had clean towels every day as well . nothing was too much for him .Yes the food in the restaurant was a bit repetitive but Sayed the chef made sure my sister and i had something to eat that we liked every meal . Said the maitre di and all the restaurant staff were very nice and got our drinks for us every meal . Mohammed the bar guy was great we had a good laugh with him. Nader Moreed the general manager has only been there 9 months and every day walked around the hotel making sure every thing was getting done and he was friendly too and i even got him with the water gun and he laughed and he spoke to us every day , . my only disappointment was the animation they only had an old dart board and rubbish darts to play with they could do with some more equipment i bought them a basket ball before i left because they have a lovely court to play basket ball, football and badminton . I must say all the staff were very nice and helpful only had one complaint when i was there that the shower head bracket was broken but went to reception desk and it was fixed straight away . will stay here again when i am next in Sharm . I have just spent two weeks at this lovely Hotel where the staff made us very welcome.
I had a room with a double bed, the patio doors opened onto the smaller of the two pools which was such a treat as this pool is smaller and more private.
There are kettles in the rooms but tea and coffee is no longer provided; so you may want to pack some or buy what you need on site in the little shop and keep it in your room fridge.
I made a trip to the local Carrefour where you can get everything you need at very reasonable prices.
Bring a mug for your morning tea/coffee as cups in the dining room are very small.
The Hotel coach shuttle takes you to a choice of beaches and there are lots of great trips on offer.
You will be treated to some ‘organised’ fun most nights by the Animation team and various local entertainment.
Go out and about and explore this beautiful country and mix with the lovely friendly people, I’m going back 🌴🐪😎

The Coral Hills resort needs significant improvements to match the standards of comparable hotels in Sharm El Sheikh. The facilities and amenities are outdated and require renovation to provide a comfortable experience for guests. Specifically, the air conditioning units in the rooms do not function properly and struggle to cool the spaces effectively, especially given the hot climate. The housekeeping staff do not clean the rooms thoroughly and the level of service throughout the resort is lacking. While the resort does offer access to the nice Al Fanar beach, the shuttle service to transport guests there only runs for a few hours in the morning and afternoon, limiting opportunities to enjoy it. Overall, the deteriorating conditions and infrastructure of the resort, combined with the mediocre service, make it difficult to recommend the Coral Hills as an optimal place to stay in Sharm El Sheikh, especially given the many alternative accommodation options in the area. Significant investment and improvements seem to be needed to bring the resort up to standard.

First off this is not the best hotel in the world, but it was adequate for me (white English male mid 40’s) for the following reasons.
Bed was comfortable and room was pretty clean though a little dated, everybody was so friendly osama and sharif on the reception and the guys in the shops were all very helpful with exceptional English speaking. The staff of the restaurant and bar were all very nice too.
The pools were extremely quiet I had one all to myself most days , Majority of the people staying were multicultural but mostly Russian and made that a welcome relief to anglicised resorts where I’ve stayed in other countries.
The biggest benefit of all though is the bus to the beaches. El Fanar a 5 minute bus ride or 30 minute walk has some of the most amazing coral and fish species to see, so snorkelling is a must here, the cafe there is also good and very cheap. I went on a boat trip and el Fanar beach was far better with the variety of fish species that I saw. They even bring diving trips here it’s that good. The hotel is some way away from the main town but taxis are easily hailed outside on the road, really cheap and quite safe (they drive crazy here), the town has some bigger chain restaurants and is worth a good evening out. there are a few local shops at the hotel and just a small walk away is a pharmacy and some other shops, including a promenade of coffee/tea/juice bars and souvenir shops which were cheaper than in town. A McDonald’s on the road of the (mostly closed) shopping centre on the back road of the hotel.
The area itself seems like it was on the verge of building more hotels but got put on hold after some tourist safety issues. I never once felt unsafe, even walking around on the street at night and everyone was friendly, even in tourist areas the sellers were not pushy, but do be polite, they are only doing their jobs and they appreciate some English humility.
The food was a bit strange almost like a roast dinner with hot dogs for breakfast but they had pastries and cereal other meals were usually a bbq and really good fish occasionally, I did eat the salad but… I noticed the rice was recooked a few times, and did get a bit more time on the toilet than I would’ve liked. Avoid the salad and rice here I was fine after I worked that out.

Very cozy, small hotel with two swimming pools. The hotel is bright and clean.Friendly staff. Especially Mr. Wael with the reception desk. To Mr. Wael, a huge thank you from Russian tourists!!!The food is not for the discerning travelers. The All-inclusive system is very sparse. Quiet rooms at the side of the small pool. Music can always be heard in the rooms by the large pool. Separately about the animation. We ended up with Horace, the dreadful, sleep-deprived animator. Lazy and asleep. Apart from the terrible music and the occasional yoga, we saw nothing. We stayed for one month. The animation was one day long! The animator lives in hotels and goes to work in Falcon.Very boring days. Animator Horace, always disappeared from work! It is a pity that the super animator Belan went to another hotel! No one took care of the guests! Evening animation for adults and children were absent for the entire month!

This was my first time visiting Egypt and I have already booked to return in october.
I was travelling alone on this occasion, but the hotel staff made me feel welcome and safe.
Mano..the entertainment was amazing, he often sat with us and ensured we were having fun. The children loved him, he was always dancing and sliding around on the marble floors.
The staff in general make this hotel. Hamdi, Kamal, Mohammed, Yusuf, Mahmood and Saeed made a huge effort to make sure I had everything.
There are shops in the hotel that sell everything you need at great prices, so there's no need to go elsewhere.
The main shop is owed by an amazing family who also made me feel very welcome and are the reason I am returning. Avraiem one of the shop owners spoke great English so we felt at home with him. Anything we needed he was happy to help.
They sell food items, drinks, icecreams, tobacco, cigarettes, snacks and a really big selection of handbags and other amazing quality items.
Overall a lovely location, amazing weather and I met some friends for life.
